Very potent, hard to find such a high dose per drop and LOVE the now brand. Worked great on a cold sore – kept it from developing. and the flavor is fine, just tastes like strong olive oil. On my second bottle already because it’s great for the whole family – especially since they don’t know they are taking it. I just put it on their food 🙂

This is my third purchase of this item. I typically take 10,000 IU per day with a meal as Vitamin D3 needs the presence of fat to be properly absorbed. I like that it has no taste whatsoever, so I can drop it onto a bite of food without it changing the taste of the food. While I DO think that a standard dropper would be easier for dispensing than what it has (hence the 1 star subtraction) I don’t really have any major problem with getting the product out of the bottle. I hold it at about a 45 degree angle and it drips out easily; it takes about 20 seconds to get all 10 drops. I’ve used both capsules and this liquid and I prefer the liquid because of its cost effective and bioavailable.

I have seen some people complain that this product doesn’t come with a dropper. What I did is buy some dropper bottles off Amazon and just dump the NOW D3 liquid into a dropper bottle when I get it. Problem solved. I love using a D3 liquid because I can feel the absorption is much better.
