however the Amazon deliveryman came at after 11 o’clock p.m. and called my mobile which was off .and although I left a message to leave it to the security office at the building he declined that and after resistance he left the pack with the security men.

Hi, I’m particular about my supplements and the brand(s) I choose. Firstly, I only use vitamin C in capsule form. NOW is a good brand and this Vitamin C 1,000 mg w/ 100 mg bioflavonoids is a good blend. The capsule is a bit larger, therefore I simply take it separately or with just one or two other supplements at a time. Solgar and Thorne and others are also very good as. It’s a subjective choice, however, I always choose a ‘better’ brand because you know what you’re getting and the quality of the supplement. This is ascorbic acid C which is fine with me. Unsure whether liposomal vitamin c is better or not. ( NOW does make them as well as others) The price point of NOW is also good, however, not my main reason for using them. All in all, I highly recommend them. I trust them and their ingredients. ~DM
