I tried this as part of a whole bunch of different supplements, without going into too much detail I’ve tried many, many over the years to try to combat pretty major anxiety, likely OCD, and social anxiety. I noticed it working a little within a few days, took one a day along with some other supplements. After about three weeks it really seemed to be working and I started taking one in the morning and one at night. I feel less anxiety and OCD than I have in many years. The general anxiety is about 75% better and OCD symptoms about 70% improved, social anxiety only about 40% better but I’m pretty pleased with the results. I stopped taking the other supplements I was taking for anxiety, and only take this with 1 NAC per day, for anxiety. Mood is improved as well, even during PMS.
If you are still reading, my advice is to try it and stick with it for at least a couple of weeks to let it take effect. Ask a doctor if you are taking things that may interact, especially an SSRI is not to be taken with it.
Also, for people with anxiety and OCD, try to push past the discomfort, realize you are going to feel uncomfortable sometimes, and live, gradually it gets easier to do things if you stop holding back so much.
As a Christian, I personally believe faith can help people overcome things we struggle with, this may be helpful to someone else reading this.
Have been taking this product for about 6 months now and I think it is the best supplement I have ever used to knock down depression, OCD and anxiety, all in one!

Everyone is different.. I’m lucky that this works great for me! I take 2 per day in the morning followed with a multi vitamin and ACV gummies. If it’s ” that time of the month ” then I take 3 so I don’t snap at anyone! It’s been a life changer for my pre menopause mood swings! I’ve been taking this for 4 years now, works wonders!

It works really good, but it made me tired/sleepy. It also has the herb named (Valerian root) & people use that to fall asleep also. (Maca Root) & (Gaba) I take in the morning & at night I take this (Mood Support). I love Maca Root & Gaba because it makes you happy & calm & zen, but alert & energized & ready for anything without any drowsiness.
The Maca Root brand that I purchase here on Amazon is only $5.69 a bottle which is a month supply & the dosage is 3 pills per day in the morning after breakfast & you can purchase it at this link here on Amazon Nature’s Herbs Maca Root, 500 mg, 100 Capsules . The Gaba to take with the Maca root is only $10.79 a bottle & I take 2 pills per day in the morning with Maca Root after Breakfast/Green Juice or Green Smoothie. If you tend to get anxious in situations, or in life I highly suggest this supplement. It’s been amazing for me, and my teen daughter! It just literally helps calm your nerves, and helps you not get over anxious. After taking for a couple of years now, when I know I’ll be in higher stress situations, I take one or 2 capsules to help keep my anxiety at bay. When my teen is close to her cycle, she will take these to help with PMS.
It works for boys too who tend to get anxious. I also love NOW brands!

It’s not very fun to need anti anxiety pills but it is nice to find one that you like and works for you, these work wonderfully for me, here is what I love about this specific formula:
First, I have had anxiety and depression since I was very young, I have tried many different prescription and non-prescription meds over the years to combat my anxiety and something will work for a month or two and then it just stops working or I need to take so many pills that it’s pointless. I have been taking these anxiety pills for 5 months now and I have to say that I love them. I am really enjoying taking something with natural ingredients in its formula and I don’t feel so full of chemicals which adds more stress to my anxiety. This is a great brand that doesn’t take long to show it’s effects, I don’t need to take more as time goes on which is the best feeling ever.
Second, I feel like I can be a real person again with these pills and it doesn’t go away. I tell people that I am not who I am when I am anxious or depressed and these pills allow me to be me again. I enjoy the quality of life these pills give me, I enjoy feeling 100x less anxious and able to go about my day as a normal functioning person.
Last, there isn’t anything I would change about these pills, they make me feel so great and I would recommend them to anyone that has stress and anxiety in their life. This pill works and relaxes you without making you tired and wanting to just stay in bed all day.
