    This is a GREAT liquid complete vitamin. For some reason it is extremely hard to find in stock. I ordered this and it took close to a month for me to receive. If you are interested be prepared to wait for a while to receive it!!

    I could definitely feel a difference in my energy when I started taking this. Compared to other liquid vitamins this one is a more reasonable cost. That said, I didn’t care for the taste or the thickness of the liquid. I’m not usually the one to complain about how bad medicine or other liquid multivitamins taste but this one was just awful to me. I did manage to finish the bottle but I’ve tried other ones with a better taste that I plan on going with in the future.

    Thick and tasty. Tastes like the right stuffs In there. Have been taking multivitamin for years, but lately my finger nails have been growing slowly lately, with this product my fingernails are now growing again. So the biotin is good quality

    I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this. I initially just added it to my water so I could drink it during my morning workout. It was awful! I thought I just wasted $30 on this stuff. But then I tried it straight from the spoon. It was really pretty decent! Not bad at all. You can even taste the berry flavor. Never again will I dilute it with water. I highly recommend this.

    Super thick consistency, but I guess it’s suppose to be like that, taste isn’t the best but I can tell it has vitamins in it…works for me.
