This product is for my adult daughter who does not swallow pills or capsules. This is the perfect way to give her the calcium and vitamin D that she needs. I mix it in yogurt and she’s ready to go. Great product.

I started adding this to my routine daily. I will say that it has a bit of an aftertaste to it so I prefer to mix into my juice. I am sure that after a faithful month or more, I may feel the benefits as I am not noticing any benefits immediately as yet.

Okay, I should mention right off the bat that drinking this stuff and plain water tends to create this weird, slightly creamy drink reminiscent of skim milk. My partner enjoys that after a bit of strenuous exercise, but I prefer to mix the powder with some salt, and some sort of juice (although if there’s none, plain is better than feeling sick.)
We don’t use it often, but when we need it it’s helpful to have, and it packs better than restorative drinks.
I like to sleep under the covers when I shouldn’t, and as a result, there have been days where I’ve woken up after sleeping wayyy too long (funny how overheating makes you sleep longer) and while this stuff didn’t make me stop feeling like crap, it definitely made me feel less ‘on the verge of death by comforter’.
I will say though. DO NOT MIX THIS WITH CHAMOMILE TEA. Or any tea. It says to use cold water for a reason, and that reason is apparently that it turns to slime in hot water. Follow package instructions, unless you like interesting textures.

Hard to swallow. Not made a difference in my body. ( from the same company the beef brooth protein product, did helped tremendously, literally vanished my pain from back, but this Calcium product not worked for me)

I had no issues with the product itself. Due to my diet, I found that calcium carbonate has the highest elemental calcium and switched.
