These omega 3 chewable gummies are tasty and a great weight to supplement your diet for better health. There are 36 gummies and that is just over a month supply (1 per day). The gummies are flat and an oval shape. So they’re not like a lot of gummy candies/supplements you see. The taste is like passionfruit and there is no aftertaste. The gummies are very soft and will easily melt away in your mouth so there barely is any chewing involved. The gummies are made by a company I have seen around for a long time in Now. I am pretty sure I have tried out other supplements from them before as well. So you are getting quality supplements from a reputable brand/company. Now is a product of Norway and the fish oil comes from Peru/Chile/Morocco/Turkey.

This review is for the NOW Foods Supplements, Omega-3 Fish Oil Gummy Chews, Orange Passion Fruit Flavor, 36 gummies. Decent flavor for this supplement, more passion fruit than orange flavor and no fishy taste at all. They are quite slippery and leave your fingers feeling a bit oily after popping it our of the packaging. Maybe it is because it is a bit warm in my house right now, around 75°. Packaging is easy to tear apart from the other gummies and the gummy is easy to pop out of it’s packaging.

These fish oils aren’t for me! After taking two gummies, I found the slimy texture unbearable it made me nauseous and I had to spit them out. If you’re comfortable with the texture and taste, you may find them beneficial, but unfortunately, they’re not for me.

This box contains 36 Omega-3 gummy chews, and with a serving size of 1 per day, these will last you just over a month. Each dose contains 750mg fish oil concentrate with Omega-3 fatty acids. The chews have 10 calories each. They are a product of Norway with fish oil coming from Peru, Chile, Morocco, and Turkey. These gummies are deemed appropriate for adults and children ages 4 and up.
The flavor is good (Passion fruit), and there is no strong fishy aftertaste. The one thing I don’t like about these is the texture. The gummies are very gelatinous and kind of melt away in your mouth. Because of the fish oil, they have a greasy feel to them. Because they are so soft, they can be difficult to peel out of the packaging (especially if you live somewhere hot). These gummies would have been five stars if it weren’t for the odd texture of the supplement.

These are fascinating, mostly because they come in foil pods? Unexpected and ultimately won’t be friendly to anyone with arthritis. The gummies themselves are a weird texture, which is hard to get around because they actually taste quite good (which is the most unexpected part given they are fish oil, after all!). They don’t have the texture of a gummy, they are more like a flat piece of gel? Odd, but if you don’t do well swallowing pills these will still be a good option for you. Or if you really enjoy this texture, I guess.

These are very… slime like and hard to consume. Just don’t like the texture or feel when eating them. I rather take a larger capsule over this.
While they do have the benefits of Omega 3 and fish oil.. I would recommend an alternative brand if you’re looking for something closer to a gummy.. because this is not it.

These Omega-3 fish oil gummies have an interesting texture: a cross between gelatinous and gummy. They are easy to take however, and I don’t have issues with aftertaste and such (they have a mild citrusy vibe). These are so much easier to take than the three-a-day large fish oil capsules that these replaced.
