I started using the “colloidal mineral” liquid supplements, of which this NOW brand is probably the best I tried, but never had any real results after 3 or 4 months of supplementing. If you look at what you are consuming here, they are all fulvic acid in water. Rather than using this type of product and having it take up room in my refrigerator for months, I switched to fulvic humic acid drops which only takes up the room of a 2oz bottle in the refrigerator. Not only that, the combination of fulvic and humic acid has done wonders for my digestion, which indicates that it is actually doing something. The NOW brand was the best of the colloidal minerals in this form that I tried, which is why I gave it 3 stars, but my advice is switch to the fulvic humic acid drops for both convenience, price, and effectiveness. Amazon sells lots of them. If in doubt read up on the damage caused by glyphosate, GMOs, and factory farming on our gut biomes. Both fulvic and humic acid are your friends.

A friend recommended another brand and I tried it and it was fine, but the price kept on going up. Therefore, I searched for something else and came upon NOW Colloidal Minerals and found them to work just as well, for less. The raspberry taste is very pleasant as well. Helps significantly with staying hydrated!
This is a great product for a reasonable price, but like everything these days, the price seems to be going up. I will continue to purchase if NOW keeps the price reasonable. I would definitely recommend giving this product a try!

I like this Colloidal Minerals Liquid and feel my daily intake of this product is helping to keep me healthy. I definitely recommend it to my family & friends….and for all. I add it to my water, homemade ice tea, And my protein drink.
I liked the Raspberry flavor I used in the past. When I placed my new order I didn’t realize it wasn’t going to be the raspberry flavor until I opened it (I just assumed it was what I ordered in the past) next time I will be more careful placing my order … but again, I highly recommend the mineral liquid.

Really very good, easy to mix in your smoothie, juice or greens; trace minerals are abso important for every body function, and it is the deficiency or imbalance of these, that cause almost every ailment or disease. Take care of your trace minerals, and you’ll have a sound immune system. This particular product is of all the right mix n combo….

My husband has been using Four for a long time and we used to get it from a local nature, food store. But their prices went off and when we go there sometimes they don’t have it and it was getting frustrating.
Amazon has it always in stock so I decided to start buying it from here and plus it was cheaper..

I was drinking reverse osmosis water, which has no minerals. I noticed my hair was getting very thin. I am taking vitamins now too and using a hair massager, but I really think these minerals have helped a lot too. I add some into my drinking water daily and definitely see new hair growth. The water tastes different (wouldn’t say good, but wouldn’t say bad). I will definitely buy again, as I trust the NOW brand.
