This is an excellent Multi-Vitamin that, in my experience, not only provides extra vitamins, but also adds some fat burning to the party. The MCT oil & Alpha Lipoic Acid in this is what helps with a little boost of energy & fat burning. It’s nowhere close to a dedicated fat burner, but of course every little bit helps. It’s also one of the only multi-vitamins I’ve ever found that has ZMA included, which saves me from buying it elsewhere and justifies my purchase even further!
A good tip for you is to space out your dosage to just one pill per meal instead of all 3 at once. The serving size for all of the benefits listed on the bottle is 3 pills, but if you take them all at once, you’ll mostly just urinate out much of the vitamins. Best recommendation is to take one pill with breakfast, lunch, & dinner so you space out the benefits of this multi-vitamin and don’t waste it. I’ve found the best results by doing that and feel that’s the reason I can support this product so much.

I just started taking this vitamin. I used to take orange triad multivitamin but I began to suspect that my absorption of hard pills isn’t ideal. I did some research and found these. Plenty of good things in there and it’s a gel. Upon taking I noticed the usual thing with multivitamins– urine is pretty bright yellow… which is normal. However, I did notice it seems to last longer with these. Throughout the whole day until around dinner time and I take the pills around 7am. I suspect it is the absorption that is better with soft gels and that’s why the effect lasts longer. Also I only take 2 vitamins instead of the directed 3.
Honestly, I can say I feel better lately. Is it just this pill? I think it’s more likely a combination of working out/ eating healthier/ these pills. I haven’t had any burp or digestive issues at all– quite the contrary actually.
And I had no leaking pills in the bottle. Came perfect.

I like these. The % of vitamins and minerals are very high. One complaint is the size. Little on the big side. Horse pill size. Other than that minor issue, it’s all good. Would buy again. A+

Love these vitamins, have everything in one product and at a great price, also comes from a renowned brand that makes everything in house, has a fisical location with a real building and facilities. I had no side effects at all, and the pills are easy to swallow as they have rounded edges and are super slippery once wet.

I have tried using different “sports” multivitamins and have always gotten good results. The difference with this one is that I get more energy with this for the fraction of the cost of the other brands out there. I have been using this for about 4 months now but will probably keep using this indefinitely as it is the best value sports multivitamins out there. These come in the form of softgels which makes it a lot easier to swallow.
