I honestly never heard of using this for skin and hair care before.I actually read about it so I figured I would give it a try.I ordered three bottles.One for me and two to give to my daughters.I have only been using it a few day’s.But I love the texture.It is not so thin like Alot of skin oils I have used.This one is thicker and don’t drip all over you as your applying it.I didn’t smell any unpleasant scent.A little bit goes a long way.Too soon to tell if it actually works on fine lines and wrinkles.I even tried using it on my very long waist length hair.It has helped with the dry ends .As for helping it grow thicker and longer too early to tell.But so far I am glad I tried this because it does make my skin feel so moist.I will update as I use it longer.I use any left on my hands and rub it all over and already see how it does make my hands look smooth and softer.Even my nail nails look better using this product.

This item is good for dry skin. It changed the appearance of my skin with the first application. Some castor oils are heavy and feel like a paste. This had a good consistency. There was no smell which is very apparent with other brands. It absorbed quickly as I put it on before bedtime. Left my skin feeling moist and soft. Prefer it at a lower price.

I trust NOW I use many of their supplements. I am 68 with no, yes no wrinkles on my face or neck. I use this every nite under my eyes above my lips, I have no lines under my eyes or..those horrid lines above my lips! During the day I use a drop with my daytime SPF lotion it makes other products work better as well This is a gift to women and men
who research this oil. PS Cleopatra used this and she had no lines or wrinkles as well

I have been a long-time customer of Now products and recently started using Castor oil for more than my eye lashes and eye brows.
1. New Hair Growth (mix it with relaxing rosemary oil and put it on my scalp at bed time, wake up and brush through my hair (leaves hair very soft and conditioned as well as helps with new hair growth)
2. Thinning hair (I have fine hair so putting it on my hair line has assisted in the hair regrowing, slowly but surely!)
3. Hair Conditioner (**No need to use regular hair conditioner anymore) – I mix a nickel to quarter size in my hand with my shampoo and completely lather my hair and scalp. Leaves my long, baby fine hair easier to untangle, more lustrous and fuller in body (I have very long, fine hair and this helped with detangling wet hair)
4. Scar tissue (*This is a must if you have had any cuts or surgery scars. I had a bad scar above my pelvis and have been putting this on it every night at bedtime and every morning and it has really diminished the redness of the scar :).
5. Fine lines (*I have been using this on my neck at bedtime and wake up with less dry/aging lines on my neck)
6. Eye lash growth (put on at bedtime, leaves your lashes soft and conditioned over night)
7. Fuller eye brows (put on at bedtime, leaves your brows fuller, and will assist with hair growth)
***Great product! A small amount goes a long way and has so many uses for overall beauty!

This is a great oil to add to your natural hair care routine if you want to grow your natural hair. I have used this castor oil for years, and my hair and scalp love it, and no, it’s not too thick (just make sure if you have greasy hair, this may not be the best oil for your hair type), but it works great for my 4C natural hair. I love that it does have a little moisturizing effect, even tho it’s not to much. It virtually has no scent, so if you don’t like the herbal smell, you will be fine, but I love it, so I have no problem with it. I love that this oil is budget friendly because I use it a lot as it is a thick oil you don’t need a lot, so a little goes a long way. You can have this oil for months and get the most use out of it. The last note is that I use this oil overnight if I see a pimple, and it dries out the following day. My skin is sensitive, and most acne products irritate it so this has been a lifesaver when I get a pimple. I have used this castor oil for years, and the quality has never changed, so every few months, I make sure to grab a few bottles to stock up. Worth the price and works both on my hair and skin.
