I’ve used other NOW supplements and those were good and I felt satisfied. This Lhistidine from them isn’t any different than my other experiences. I really like the product seal they use with their easy flip top caps because they’re the simplest bottles for me to open and close.
Lhistidine is a good amino acid and I’m interested to see what changes I start feeling in my allergies. I’m glad it’s a 1 capsule serving size because that’s easier for me since I have trouble with multiple capsule servings. 5 stars from me. Thanks for your time with my opinion, I hope it’s helpful.

This “NOW Supplements, L-Histidine 600 mg, Essential Amino Acid” is an Awesome Supplement. I am under 45yrs old and Prior to taking this supplement I have had Joint Pain for many years as well as Arthritis, Constant Nerve Pain and other related issues, Orthopedic issues & Vitamin Deficiencies due to inherited issues, just to name a few things. After taking this Supplement my joint pain and nerve issues have improved some. I took this Supplement as part of a daily routine with a few other Vitamins that I needed specifically based off of my own DNA & deficiencies that I know I have.
I trust this Brand and I have always had good results as far as taking Supplements from this Brand.

In todays time, it is always good to add an extra measure of defense for your immune system. Not many of us want to be sick and have to miss work and lose out on pay, with the roller coaster we are dealing with when it comes to the inflation in our economy.
I have used this supplement for a couple of weeks and I have felt healthy and lively. Waking up and getting going before the sun comes out has always been rough, but since I have added this to my morning routine I’m a little more alert sooner than usual. I can kick start the morning a little more confidently now.
The pills are easy to swallow and do not have a taste. NOW has been a long term trusted brand for my supplement needs.

You know there are meeting FDA standards in their manufacturing processes. Since vitamins and supplements are not monitored by the FDA like foods, it’s important to know a company is following standard practices to ensure you are getting consistent and good quality products. As someone who works in medical manufacturing, I know what it takes to be GMP certified and will only trust companies that meet these standards.
Histidine is and important amino acid for our bodies to help our immune system and our brain health. This supplement meets the required daily intake of this amino acid and is a good way to help ensure our bodies get what we need. The pills are easy to take and are a good part of my daily regimen of supplements for my body. The cost for 2 months of product is great. I will continue to keep purchasing and using this supplement.

I tried using these for a couple of trials and haven’t noticed much of a difference. I originally hoped that it would help control my eczema but I didn’t notice anything dramatic. It’s possible that there is a certain duration of time before results will be noticably but there needs to be more research and guidance.

I’ve been pairing this histidine with beta alanine to boost carnosine levels. It’s working as intended I hope. No negative side effects on my stomache. It’s easy to swallow. And doesn’t really effect mood, when paired with beta alanine it does.

Vitamins, minerals and trace elements are very important for the human body and should be included in the daily diet. But in my case I don’t eat fruits and vegetables etc. every day to give my body what it needs. That’s where this little booster comes into my game. Whenever I’ve thought this is one of those days and I can’t give my body the important things it needs, I use one of these supplements. This type of extra dose is not a bad idea, especially for people such as smokers or athletes, but should not replace a healthy diet in everyday life! That’s why it’s called a dietary supplement! It’s very hard to rate a product that doesn’t give me an immediate benefit and I’m not a chemist but in this case I have to trust the manufacturers about the ingredients and at least it gives me a good feeling.
