Like most Now products, this item is superb. I work in an office of 30 people that rarely put their hands over their mouths when they cough (so as to more effectively broadcast their germs throughout the room). Since taking Now Foods Immune Renew, knock on wood, I am no longer catching illnesses from my colleagues.
Update: I never used to get sick……just once every 5 years or so. But as we get older, some people’s immune system weakens. Clearly mine has. But with Immune Renew, I didn’t catch a cold or flu from my colleagues throughout the winter in our overcrowded close quarters office. It’s amazing. One pill a day allowed me to pro-actively ward off my colleague’s illnesses. If I had a sniffle, I took two, one in the morning and again before bed (the bottle says to take 1 or 2 pills a day). For me, I see no need to take them in the summer.

Ever since I had my youngest child (who is now 3) I would get every cold she had, she even shared hand, foot and mouth disease with me… And like clock-work every January I would get a horrible cold (usually w/out the help of the baby). I ran across these pills on Amazon and I thought “why not, what could it possibly hurt?!” Ever since I have been taking them(since last year this time) I have not had one cold or other illness (knock on wood)… we had every illness come through our house this past school year (some things multiple times) and not one time did I get anything… It may be a fluke but I can tell you I don’t foresee me ever running out of these pills. They are now a staple in our house, I just wish kids could take them too. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. Like another reviewer said, I normally take one pill a day, but if there is illness in our house (which there is now) I will take one in the morning and one before bed. I think it is probably not a coincidence that since the first winter I started taking them (3 years ago) I emerged unscathed through the season, for the first time in my life, without a cold/lung infection. Fingers crossed for this winter. I currently only use them seasonally, but can see using them year round as I get older and/or compromised immune system. These have all of the shrooms that the CDC studies I’ve read reviewed. Very pleased. And a reasonable price.

Excellent deal! I normally purchase these vitamins at a health food store near my town. However, the last couple of times I went, they were out of stock. I did a search on Amazon and was so excited they were sold here! I have a lot of health issues and these vitamins have made a huge difference with my immune system. In the two years I have been taking these, I have rarely gotten sick with a cough, cold, stomach bug, etc. This, to me, is a miracle since I used to get sick every time the seasons changed! I will never go without Immune Renew!

This is the best product to take for building up your immune system. If you are starting to get sick, take 3 of these 2 times a day for the first 2 days and you will notice your symptom’s are disappearing. I’ve been taking this every day since the Covid19 so my immune system stays strong. I’ve also been using this product for about 8 years now. I got family and friends taking this to. Great product.

I was fed up with being constantly sick (and I do mean constantly, as in months on end) so decided to give this a try in late April. I take 2 a day and the cold I had at that time was over by 3rd week of May or so, and aside from a couple of days with the sniffles I have been cold free since then. I just reordered another batch last week. I was frankly skeptical, but thought it worth a try-glad I did!!

I have been using this immune boost item for a few years – usually start in September thru April (cold and flu) But with CoVid19 I didn’t stop. Works well and I stay healthy!
