I’ve bought this item about 3/4 times, def gives me a hint of ‘boost of energy’ and it says it in the name: helps with the “physical” aspect of it.

A word of caution, this one isn’t good for everyone, especially if you might be sensitive to caffeine or might have anxiety. The Maca could cause some unpleasant side affects for some people, and the Maca is the main thing that’s giving you energy, Horny Goat Weed alone doesn’t do that.
I’ve taken other brands of Horny Goat Weed off and on for years and like the affects from it. After being unable to find my previous brand, I went with this NOW Foods version, not thinking much of it having Maca. After maybe a week of taking it, I started feeling very restless at times and VERY sensitive to caffeine. I was abnormally anxious/nervous at random times during the day, and in some cases felt like I was close to having an anxiety or panic attack and had to go for a long walk to shake the feeling. The only time I felt that way in the past was when starting a prescription anti-depressant, so I’m not terribly prone to anxiety unless some medication causes it. It was bad enough I thought I suddenly developed bad anxiety problems and was considering talking to my doctor. Then I remembered, duh, I just started this supplement, so I stopped taking it and those side affects faded away. I since started taking another brand that only has Horny Goat Weed and nothing else, and it doesn’t have the uncomfortable side affects.
I do think the Horny Goat Weed that uses the “arial parts/leaf’s” is the best kind in general, but I only give this 3 stars because of the Maca they throw in, which does much more than Horny Goat Weed alone, they should label it with more emphasis on the Maca.

This product is great. It wakes me up in the morning and keeps me focused through out the day. Moreover I can say this, I was clinically told by two doctors that I was infertile due to immobility. I did some research and when paired with zinc, a high dose of vitamin d3 (60,000 IU), pine bark extract, green tea, and grape seed taken daily. Well we are currently on our second trimester. So, it could just be a coincidence. But for those looking for options. It’s worth a shot. I took this blend of pills for over 6 months.

I’ve tried several brands and this seems to be most effective, yet a smaller dosage and cheaper! Tried Nootropics depot and Barlowes. Maybe a few others but it’s been a bit. It really does seem to increase libido and desire in both male and female.

Excellent natural product its not like ginseng or traditional pills . But you can fell on your body an natural boost on your pistol for me 50% to %60 better. But for an natural supplements its very good. Also it boost your energy. p.s. I take 2-3 pills a week. But before work to my girlfriend took one pill the day before and the day of work for results.

I love its abilities and what it does for your body. I hate it because I stopped using it for months and I’ve become significantly weaker and now weigh 20 lbs heavier (from 180 lbs to 200 lbs in the matter of a few months). Even my metabolism has slowed significantly. I don’t like having to depend on supplements or drugs. Needless to say, I’m going back on it. I miss my energy and my more toned body. My wife used it for a short while and was friskier for sure. She didn’t even tell me she was using it then admitted she was and that it definitely worked for her. She stopped using it because she also didn’t like depending on a pill.
