    Doesn’t seem to have helped my wife one way or the other. I’m giving three stars because it doesn’t seem to have been HARMFUL, but… no beneficial results, either.

    NOW Foods is one of my favorite brands. This is not a criticism of them or of L-Glutamine supplements in general. I don’t know why it didn’t agree with me.

    I really expected this to be a great addition to my supplements. So many other people had great results. But taking this made me unfocused and tired to the point I was slouched over, and I normally have excellent posture.

    Maybe I will try again at some point in the future. I’ll try a different time of day or something.

    This stuff is amazing! It not only helps reduce your cravings for sweets/sugar & unhealthy types of carbs (by taking 3-4 caps a day), but also helps heal your gut lining if you have leaky gut! I can’t recommend this enough – you simply have to remember to take it 3 or 4 times a day, which is kinda difficult.

    This stuff is miracle powder. It relieves muscle pain, can help with headache tension, and is usually found in gym rats bags.

    That said the powder is vile sonhaving it in pill form skips the misery

    I have found this to be an excellent product for me. I have had gut issues forever, have to be gluten and dairy free. I have listened to many summits on gut health and L-Glutamine comes up often as being a big help for gut repair. If you use this for gut repair for leaky gut, you should take it on an empty stomach. I use 1 cap twice a day. I’m almost off my last PPI and my gut is by no means perfect but there is definite improvement. I have had no noticeable side effects either.

    Although I think I prefer to use the powder in protein drinks, these capsules were a good way to help me curb my sugar cravings.
