I started taking this supplement after injuries sustained while practicing martial arts. Every time I have a sprain or any pain related to cartilage I stock up on it. I’ve recently started taking it daily to combat the wear and tear of age and a life long active lifestyle.
NOW Foods is a great lab that’s been around for a very long time. I have not personally toured their labs but lots of reputable testing sites like “Informed Sport” have and due among other things to their quality control and sourcing practices, they consistently receive high marks. They also have great prices which I think makes people assume they are not as great as they actually are.

I’ve been taking this for years to relieve hip joint pain. When I forget for a few weeks, pain comes back. I’ll stick with it.

I find this one works so much better for my knees than the other combination. My knee pain is minimal at best taking these.

My entire family takes this Glucosamine & Chondroitin. It has no flavor or aftertaste and helps with joint pain (sorry to disappoint but you still have to stretch or do physical therapy). It’s not a miracle worker, more of a helpful addition to a healthy regimen. The pills are easy to swallow and go down smoothly. My wife drinks some water before and after taking the pills as it ensures they go down smoothly.

I take this for frequent urination. I’m not sure if it’s actually doing anything but I’m going to continue taking it because I know supplements take time to catch up with your body. I haven’t had any negative effects
