Bought these almost a decade ago and here’s my review. They’re perfect and are exactly what is show. All capsules worked. None were duds which was nice. I’ll order again when the time comes.

These Now capsules are as described. They appear well made and are uniform, and I keep them in the fridge to keep them from going soft in the heat.
It’s not so easy loading them, since I am using powdered Maca and it is a very unwieldy substance, and in retrospect it would be worth spending the extra amount and getting the capsules with the Maca already in them. Also due to the nature of the Maca, my ability to completely fill each capsule is somewhat limited.
The one drawback lies in the packaging. Without a way to re-seal the bag, I need to use a plastic clamp, which sometimes comes loose, allowing the bag to spew a number of capsules around the fridge and onto the floor. A resealable bag would be a huge improvement.
I plan to finish this bag of capsules and then return to using pre-filled capsules for this product.

These gel caps are very simple to fill by hand. I ordered the 00 size and they are easy to swallow. My only issue was that I am filling these capulets with liquid stuff and they break down fairly quickly, so if you are planning on putting liquid in these make sure you fill and take right after. Now that I take the pills as soon as they are filled, instead of filling multiple capulets then taking them I have had no problems at all. They arrived with in the projected time, and packaged ok. They came in a padded mainilla envelope which was fine, however if the envelope had been beat up much more I’m afraid the out come would not have been positive. Over all I would order this product again.

I’ve tried four other brands and although they were cheaper they all had problems. They were either cracked, smashed, or wouldn’t work well with my capsule filling machine because they were either too large or small. Now Foods Capsules are the perfect size for capsule machines and have none of these problems. These work perfectly and fit together snugly so they never come apart and spill material. A piece of advice is when filling these use some powdered corn starch on your hands and it will keep the capsules from sticking to your hands and make handling them much easier

I wish the packaging were better so that it doesn’t look so… crumpled, when you put it away. BUT I just started putting them into a cardboard box I own.

These are so helpful for supplement users. My son takes several supplements that he buys in powder form. Buying in powder saves a good chunk of change, so it is definitely the way to go. Some of his supplements taste very bad when mixed with water to drink, but this is the way he had been taking all of them. I bought these for him and he loves using them. He says they are easy to fill and easy to swallow. They arrived in perfect condition – no broken or dented capsules. He plans to reorder them when the package I bought him is used up. I chose these because I have used other NOW products and always found them to be both effective and affordable. For quite some time, I have trusted the NOW brand to deliver consistent quality, and they did so again with this product.

These are super easy to fill and use!
I needed some caps for a supplement that I was taking – I didn’t like the taste and feel of it so I figured, why not stick them into some capsules?
These work perfectly for me and were surprisingly easy to fill.
They also have no taste to them which I liked. I tried chomping down on a few to see how they tasted. I liked the texture of them and kept eating more… (did anyone else do this??)
I still have about 1/3 of the bag left and will purchase more when they run out.

These “00” are good at holding large doses of your preferred supplement, but I found them a bit hard to swallow due to size. This could just be me although I typically don’t have any problems taking pills, and definitely is no fault of the product… I knew what I was getting myself into, and have since bought size “0” capsules for smaller doses and more dense supplements.
These work as I expected them to: they snap closed and hold a lot. My only complaint is that they are a bit sticky when you first put them in your mouth, so I’ve had to roll the pill around in my mouth for a second or two first in order to moisten it so that it doesn’t stick to the side of my throat (which is not pleasant). I’ve experienced this with other gel caps before (even pre-filled ones), so this is nothing too unique.
If you know the size that “00” refers to, then I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
I ordered these a little over a year ago, and I didn’t have any problems getting the size that I wanted like some other reviewers have stated. Use common sense and read all item descriptions and details before ordering or blaming the seller. If in doubt, contact the seller or Amazon.
