I purchased this product for my hair. My hair to be thinning quite a bit. Have been using this product for about 2 months. Haven’t noticed any change yet , but will continue to use and hopefully soon I will notice a difference.

I had been taking another dosage of biotin for a bit that didn’t seem like it was cutting it until I got this extra strength dose. I have fine, fragile hair, and it needs a little extra help to stay healthy. I am very impressed with this biotin and how fast it works! My hair has at least grown an inch since I started taking it a few months ago, and I need to get it trimmed! I have also seen a difference in my skin and my nails since taking it, which is perfect since I have sensitive skin and my nails grow very fast. If you have fine hair like me, I highly recommend this biotin and dosage because it works amazingly!

Did not noticed a difference after two weeks so I began taking it twice daily and within another week started to notice less dry skin, stronger nails and less hair breakage. I am 55 years old and have a genetic methylation defect (faulty detoxification system). Hope this helps some folks.

I am reordering my second bottle of NOW Biotin extra strength as I have definitely seen a difference in my hair loss. I’m hypothyroid and at 61, I was starting to freak out about the amount of hair that I found in my shower and on my brush. I started taking two caps a day and after about a week of faithfully taking it, it was noticeably better. My hair loss has been reduced by at least 3/4ths. And it seems to be improving even more over time. I haven’t changed anything else in my hair care routine. I’m a total believer NOW. I’ll stick with this brand too. I recommend giving it a try.
