Shakes the Clown –
MOISTURIZING ASSESSMENT: My new staple! This product will be replacing my go-to, “Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Moisturizing Body Oil With Vitamin-E,” and, bumping my back-up, “Neutrogena Light Sesame Formula Body Oil” off the list. Unlike use of the aforementioned, my skin still feels just as smooth by the end of the day, and after a week of use now, feels more supple and healthy upon waking the next day. (I also need only apply like 1/4 of what I would use of the Palmer’s/Neutrogena to get said results.)
APPLICATION: I love using it in the tub in addition to bath salts/bubble bath. However, for best results, lightly towel pat dry after a shower or a bath, then rub the oil in while pores are still open. If desired, take a quick rinse, or dip back in the tub, to remove excess oil, and wala – you are now a silky smooth goddess! Just be careful not to get this stuff in your hair (I clip mine up before application).
***This stuff also works magic for circumventing razor burn for those of us who have fair/sensitive skin.***
PRODUCT SIZE/DETAILS: I ordered the 48 oz. option, and was pleased to find this was broken down into four 16-oz. bottles. While I don’t believe this stuff would have a chance to go rancid at the rate I use it, it is nice to deal with smaller bottles, have one to take on overnights, and – hey – you could always choose to go in on, and split, this order with a friend.
SCENT/FRAGRANCE: One final note for those who are curious, or might be led astray by the term “sweet” in the description: there really is no scent to this product. You’ll have to add your own fragrance (if desired) to the bottle, or via another means. (This may actually be a “plus” for some people who would prefer a fragrance free option.)

After finishing a single bottle, I reordered the 2 pack. I am an adult with acne prone skin on chin and cheeks, along with dry patches along laugh lines and eyebrows. I use this oil on my dry spots on my face, and also as an all over body moisturizer. The trick is putting it on as soon as you dry off from a hot shower or bath, that way your body soaks up the oil and it will dry fast and penetrate the skin deeper. Apply it that way, then try applying it when your skin is cold and you will see what I am talking about.
Reaping the benefits of this oil, and also shea butter, is all about learning and accepting that it needs to be applied in a more specific way than ordinary store bought lotions. If you apply it any old way then yes your skin will feel greasy due the oil not penetrating your skin as well, so more oil sits on top of the skin instead of moisturizing it.
I actually hated using this stuff at first, until through trial and error I learned how my body absorbed it effectively. After awhile, when you go back to using store bought lotions you will notice how they leave a thin “plasticy” coating that feels kind of like dried hair conditioner on your hands, because guess what… there are types of synthetic chemicals that are basically liquid, elastic forms of stabilizers in these lotions that are like liquid plastic. And you don’t want that crap getting absorbed in your body over years and years.
From the crap I went through seeing my normal healthy body degenerate over the years to building up such a high intolerance and pain for synthetic ingredients in food like stabilizers and preservatives, I now know that this stuff has the potential to permanently mess up your health. It happens over a long period of time, but it does happen. It is important to not let your body absorb synthetic toxins in store bought moisturizers, use natural ones instead. They actually help heal your skin.

I use almond oil as part of my skincare routine! It’s so moisturizing, and good at removing makeup too! Almond oil has so many benefits, and many uses! But very good for your skin! This was an awesome purchase for me because it was a 2 pack, at a great price!!!!

I ordered this 2 years ago and I’m almost out. I ordered it after looking for a solution for something. Forgot about it until I rediscovered it again in my house. I read that oil can help with oily skin so I gave this a try at the same time I started using a deep cleansing brush everyday. It works miracles! All I needed was my cleansing brush, Cetaphil, a toner, and this oil. My acne dissapeared for the first time ever, my pores became way smaller, and my dark marks were starting to fade. Then I started to break out heavily again but that was because of stress and not getting lots of sleep. I stopped using for a few months (3-4 months) because it wasn’t helping. So I started using this again and my cleansing brush and I had like 6 pimples abs the oil helped them all disappear within 3 days. I could literally feel my acne tingling after applying the oil because it was actually helping. I was left with lots of new marks but those are staring to fade. My skin looks decent for the first time since august. The oil is not thick, it’s not a strong smell either. I apply it twice a day. I also sleep on my stomach so when I sleep on my face, my pillow cases aren’t stained and I don’t have any new breakouts either from my face being buried. I cannot see my life in the future without sweet almond oil! Now I want the 16oz! (I can only imagine how my skin will change if I used it on my body)

J’utilise l’huile d’amande de « now » depuis 3ans. Ca hydrate et ne laisse pas de résidus graisseux sur le dessus de la peau alors s’absorbe facilement.
Bon aussi pour les vergetures et lorsque vous l’appliquer en sortant du bain votre peau est hyper douce.

リピート購入です。少し高く販売している感がありますが、アイハーブで完売していたのとすぐに欲しかったので購入しました。乾燥対策でお風呂上がりに使用しています！サラッとした感じなので、マッサージにも使っています。オイル感は少し残るので苦手な方は同じナウフーズのココナッツオイルがもっとさっぱりして使えます。
