    I was charged $7.99 shipping even though listing said free shipping. I will never order from this seller again. It took over a week to arrive also. I have ordered from this seller before and I was not charged for shipping. These are 2 tiny bottles so they don’t weigh very much.

    I purchase these for my husband’s mother; the acupuncturist recommended them for her to take as an anti-inflammatory since most medications which help this health issue are hard on the stomach and she has a history of gastro-intestinal bleeding. She takes them faithfully. It is really important to not take them with meals because Bromelain is an enzyme from pineapple which will help digestion rather than work on inflammation/joint pain when taken with food.

    Bromelain has been a life saver for me; I had multiple occurrences of my back going out over several years. Since taking this, no major episodes! I really love this supplement for reducing the inflammation, but without pain relief. For one reason, taking advil every day is not healthy for me. The second reason…I don’t want the “little” pains to be masked. I want to feel them so I can listen to my body tell me when I need to slow down. I’ve also noticed reduced menstrual cramps, now that I’ve been taking bromelain as a supplement every day. (This is OK for me, per my doctor…obviously talk to your doctor for your specific recommendation on dosage.)
