    I bought this first in our health food store near me. I have used it for a month and then ordered this one from Amazon.
    It took a few days to really start helping me sleep, but the more I take it, the more it seems to help me sleep.

    Another thing it does it to keep me from getting so annoyed with my Hubs. It is usually just minor things that irritate me, but now I seem more able to just let it go.

    I take this every night at 6 PM. By 9 or 10 PM, I am ready to go to sleep. I still wake up to go pee, but can fall back asleep more easily.
    I still do have an occasional night where I just can’t sleep, but they are fewer and further between.

    The only thing I don’t like about this brand, and it is my fault so I can’t take a star away because of it……. anyway…. they add rice powder. They need to leave that out. It is just filler. Make the capsules smaller if you have to… just leave out all the fillers.
    Like I said, I knew it had rice powder…. but they work well for me so that is why I ordered it again.
