I like that you don’t microwave the outside cover. It slides in after hearing. It is soft, comfortable and fits well. My eyes feel moist to the touch after I use it. I have been using it about 10 min per day for a week to try and open up my oil glands on my eye.

Works great for warm and cold compress. As other’s have noted the strap is kinda short so I would also purchase at least 8in of extra double sided Velcro to extend the strap to a comfortable size.

I woke up one morning with a chalazia( pimple in eyelid) which lead me to going to the urgent care. The doctor suggested warm eye compresses to help make it go away. I purchased this eye compress and it worked wonders! It’s very soft and fits likes a glove. It’s extremely easy to use and come with good instructions. If you have any eyes irritation and need compression, I highly recommend this one.

I bought the Compress Individual Eye Mask because of the Chalazian in my eye. You can wear the eye mask on either eye. It works well. Just microwave for 20 seconds. The only negative is the strap is a little too small. I just used a Velcro one wrap to fix that problem of the strap being too short. Nice to be able to walk around with the wrap on your eye, & not have to hold a wet dripping down your arm hot wash cloth on your eye. You do not need to wet the patch the heat seems to get it damp. My swollen eyelid has shrunk a bit. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the strap. Overall I would recommend this product just use Velcro to extend the strap.

This and Ayenova eyelid and eyelash cleaner saved me. I had a terrible eye infection and hot towels were not enough. I like that this can be washed (I washed after each use and then used laundry bag in the dryer for 10 mins). It heats very fast, within 20 seconds. Last about 4-5 mins, then you have to heat it up again.

Wonderful for my dry eyes. I suspect I have a clogged eye duct as well. This stays warm which is so much better then rewarming a wet washcloth over and over.

I loved the idea of this mask—a unilateral heating patch with a strap so I can apply it and be active at the same time. I love that it comes with a cover which is soft, comfortable and seems very durable. But the elastic velcro strap is very small and not very stretchy at all. On the loosest setting it is too tight and applies a very uncomfortable pressure to the eye. I have decided to keep it and will attempt to add an extender. But it’s really uncomfortable to use as-is. If the company were to fix this it would be an all around great product.
