My wife and daughter are both iron deficient. We gave this a try and after the follow-up labs came back she was at satisfactory levels. The flavor isn’t great (I don’t like grape myself) but it is medicine. It did work but I don’t like the other ingredients and the cost is a bit wild. I will be looking for another product, probably a pill for long term use. I would say this is a good product for younger children but you would have to mask this in sweetened juice because kids are fussy.

Good way to get your iron in. Liquid form makes it easier and faster to absorb. The flavor was good, not bad tasting. Easy for kids to take. Grape is not one of my flavors I enjoy and it wasn’t overbearing. The adult recommended dose is great for ages 18-50. *This review was part of a promotion*

I’ve been low on iron for awhile and have tried iron vitamins but they havent done much and some have added sugar. This was DELICIOUS, easy to drink, affordable, and i felt more energy after taking it.

I’m a little bit torn on this product. Now, I am a grown adult taking this so I do take the adult serving size. “Value wise” with using a liquid product (instead of pills) I do think the less you need to use per serving the more you can stretch your monies worth obviously. Based on the bottle size I will get approximately 30+ servings from this. Making my cost around $1 a serving. My pill form of iron I usually take prior to trying a liquid only costs about a nickel a piece.
So I guess it comes down to how does the product preform in the body? Is liquid superior? I really have no idea yet. How do I test that? I am someone who is iron deficient anemic… some days my body “craves” more iron. Like I can physically feel my body shutting down. And I’m thinking about for me personally in the days where I have to take multiple servings in a day (regular normal people please do not do this – only use as directed!!!) morning & night, is it worth it the extra cost in addiction to other supplements I have to take. Maybe not so much financially? It is easy to take. Don’t love that it needs to be refrigerated after opening but my bad on not reading that part first.
If you’re buying this for yourself to have access to a quality product that your body can quickly absorb go for it. Otherwise if you’re trying to stretch the best deal out maybe stick with a pill form. They make a great multi vitamin with iron in trying out right now, got in same order. This would 1000% be the go to for kids I feel if they either won’t take a pill/chewable version or if it’s easier to avoid the ‘take your medicine’ fight because this could mix right into a strong enough 100% juice (just match up with like flavors) or even flavored water and be undetectable. Overall giving this product four stars for now.

It does not have a nasty taste it tastes better than nasty pills. But for iron you have to give it time to work. I did not appreciate the package came spilled the first time. The 2nd time was no problem though. I like the taste no stomach issues after taking it.
