I had pain and stiffness in the right knee. The pain was increasing. Exercise with weights generally made the pain go away. This time, however, nothing seemed to alleviate the pain. Worse yet, exercise was painful and seemed to exacerbate the problem. I began to take pain killers daily just to walk without pain. I planned to discuss the problem with my doctor at a visit already planned two weeks in the future. By the time of the visit, I had no knee pain at all. I am sixty-six years old and work at being healthy . I am seriously impressed with this stuff. Try it for three weeks. Hopefully you will experience similar results. I use light weights to strengthen my legs, knees, and hips.

I have been taking Hyaluronic Acid supplements for over 10 years now. The difficulty in assessing a supplement is how we perceive the results we are experiencing. I have used two other manufacturers of this product type and had mixed results over periods of time. I am 63 years old and at 25 I had an accident which tore the cartilage in my left knee and half of one meniscus had to removed. I did not experience any problems until I turned 50. Other products I have taken have had mixed, varying results at full dosage, but this one has had very consistent results at just half the dosage suggested (1 cap) over the past 3 months. I walk 5 miles every day so I test it consistently. It’s the only one that works consistent and great for me.

I got this for my skin, I truly believe it helps me glow and keeps my skin stay smooth, firm and plump . Or at least I feel like it does, maybe it’s all in my head but I get compliments occasionally on my skin. Just the other day someone I met while at a party thought I was 35 and I’m actually 48. The glucosamine is just an added benefit! This is a wonderful value and really makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself.

This is a terrific when I compare to others but I don’t see as much results. I took another brand of (Now) Hyaluronic Acid in Past and I would get compliments on my skin when I did . I am switching back to it and will try it again.

These are a touch bigger than the last brand of Hyaluronic 100mg capsules I had; regarddless, they go down fine with a big gulp of water. Remember that these work best on an empty stomach and are even more effective when coupled with collagen (I put collagen powder in the water which I chase the pills with) and Vitamin C (I like the chews). I will probably go back to my original brand because, although this is a tad less expensive, I’d prefer to swallow smaller capsules, given the option. Arrived quickly.

I’m a female in my mid-thirties and have degenerative disc disease (L5/S1). I used to take an anti-inflammatory to help with the pain and discomfort. I slowly introduced more exercise and this product into my daily routine and no longer need the medications my doctor proscribed. I don’t take this every day as I often forget but if I have any discomfort, it does remind me to take it. Not only has it helped diminish my back pain, but I also have noticed that my hair, skin, and nails have benefited as well. I went out dancing this weekend which resulted in very sore knees the next day…I popped the recommended dose in the morning and the pain quickly went away. I’m on my second bottle and have a feeling this will be a staple in my home for life. I do believe that much of the effectiveness comes from the combination of ingredients, not just hyaluronic acid. I bought this because I had read some articles about the anti-aging benefits of hyaluronic acid. Specifically, I’m getting the “crepe paper” skin which I detest. I didn’t read anything about hyaluronic acid curing crepe paper, but thought it couldn’t hurt. There were plenty of articles about it helping with wrinkles and skin health in general, and I figured crepe paper is just another skin/aging issue, so why wouldn’t it help? Today is November 12th, and I started taking this on November 1st. I am AMAZED. I started seeing small results after about 5 days, and the results are even better as I go along! For the first 5 days, I took only one capsule (50 mg), and now I’m taking two (100 mg) — one in the morning and another in the evening. My first results were a noticeable improvement in the overall look of my facial skin — it no longer had the tired, dried-out look and my pores looked smaller. Now I’m actually seeing a big difference in the crepe paper! I have the crepe paper on my neck and parts of my legs and arms, and each area has improved significantly! You can’t believe how excited I am about this. I am a convert! Now, about this particular brand — I honestly don’t know if it’s any better/worse than other brands. I chose it because it had good reviews and a good price. There may be others that do an even better job, but I know for sure this one works.
