Take it daily along with other natural vitamin supplements so not sure which one is working BUT we stay pretty healthy so will continue to use.

I swear by this product! I usually buy the capsules and have been very happy with them, but this product works just as well. At the first signs of cold or flu symptoms or if I start to feel congestion in my chest I start taking them. I have not been sick in a long time. I have also used Oreganol P73 with wonderful results however It tastes bitter and burns my mouth, So I prefer OregaRESP. I also know people who have asthma and they swear by it too.

I take the O-Resp veggie capsules because I find they are more potent but these work great if you don’t like a little oregano after taste (no big deal.) I give these to my 6 year old with no problem to help ward off congestion due to allergies. They work great and I love that it’s a natural way to combat symptoms without having to do claritin. These have kind of cinnamon taste so they are pleasant to take and very small. (Look like little mouse poops LOL!) Recommended.

My Integrated medical doctor recommended this product for my allergies. He was trying to get me off the OTC meds. My allergies were SO bad this spring/summer. I was skeptical, but I started taking this twice a day. Within a few days my post nasal drip was practically gone. I am continuing to take this product twice a day, mostly 2 capsules in the morning, one before I go to bed. My allergies and post nasal drip has not kept me awake in weeks now. I would highly recommend this product. It’s a little pricey, but definitely worth it. And, Amazon appears to have the best price. I’ve been searching for a cheaper price and have not found one.

I swear by this product for my holistic asthma needs. Case in point, I went to LA to tend to my then ailing mother and between the rented car with cigarette smoke and the damp nights and smoggy days, my asthma normally in a remission, flared up something fierce. Well, I immediately sent for this stuff and upped the dose as I was kind of headed toward crisis and sure enough, it helped me to nip it in the bud before the need for an inhaler or nebulizer. Now granted this is my story and I am well in tuned with my body and health needs and would never recommend what I do for me for others, however, I’m just sharing how I use this product and how it really works for me. In fact I even use the nasal spray come allergy season to help thwart certain tree pollens I know often attack me. The product came to where I was staying in LA and in time to use it fast.

This stuff is just flat out amazing. If you have any lung congestion whatsoever, just try these for two days. There will be no guessing if it is working or not. You will be coughing up quite a bit in a few days and will feel just how loose your lungs are. It really amazed me as I am not huge on to many supplements. I was around a lot of mold and in a bad work environment for many months. I was having some trouble breathing and clearing out my lungs. I took this for a couple of weeks and it is a night and day difference. I highly recommend this to anyone who has been around mold for an extended period or just has overall lung congestion
