Taking this for my leaky gut issues but as I’ve researched it is effective at healing many ailments. It’s like a 1000-in-1 product! Highly effective and this brand is the best wquality out their. I have a chronic illness, Lupus. Because my white blood count was virtualy non-existent and my red blood count was very low, I got sick a few months ago with pneumonia. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. A friend told me about Black Seed and its benefits. I tried it and my health has improved. My blood counts are normal and my Lupus is in remission. I highly recommend this product. I did buy Black Seed at the Vitamin Shop but it was cheaper on Amazon.

If you are not familiar with black seed oil, or North American Herb and Spice products, do yourself a HUGE favor and look into them both. Highly recommended for your good health. Your (every) body system will thank you. No taste to the capsules. The liquid is a different story, but you can get used to it. Read Dr. Cass Ingram’s book The Black Seed Miracle. Very educational!!!.
