These sleep immune gummies have some things in them that I appreciate, such as melatonin and vitamins C and D. I also like that they taste pretty good and are easy to swallow. I didn’t really get sleepy while trying them.

This is a really high quality brand sold at my local health food store. I really like what I’ve tried from them so far. These are sugar free gummies containing Stevia. 30 day supply, decent value. Vitamin C, Vitamin D, 1.5 mg melatonin, and elderberry. This may be a low dosage of melatonin for some people, but I am pretty sensitive to it, so this is fine for me!

tasty gummies with a low dose of melatonin 1.5mg. Arrived quickly and well packaged. I use these for my kiddos because of the low amount of melatonin they contain. They enjoy the taste and it seem to help them get to sleep and stay asleep.

I have used this on a number of vacations when I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t seem to fall asleep. While I don’t particularly liked the softness of the gummy and the excessive sweetness, the actual product puts me to sleep really quick. I don’t think any of the other sleep supplements that I have, have been quite so effective. I always make sure I rinse my mouth out after I eat one of the gummy‘s so that I don’t get cavities from them.

I have a few different varieties of melatonin I have tried. What I really like about these is that the dosage is very low. I also really like that they’re gummies but are zero sugar. Granted, they don’t taste as good as many other gummies but they’re certainly not bad and have a bit of tartness to them.
These are a great option for those looking to keep the sugar to a minimum but also a lower dosage (with some other great benefits) from a trusted brand.

When I opened the bottle, I noticed what was pretty much 1 clump of sticky gummies molded together. Very difficult to get one out of the mess. Had previously purchased the melatonin only gummies which were perfect and didn’t mold into one. Taste of the elderberry isn’t very satisfying to me. Must be others who enjoy it.

These gummies taste sooooo good! They are easy to chew and swallow. I feel more rested after nights where I take a couple than when I do not. The extra immune-boosting benefits are a big draw for me to keep buying these. No bad aftertaste or side-effects for me.

Nordic Naturals is a trusted brand and with top quality ingredients. The flavor is decent and the addition of vitamins C and D3 is a nice bonus. However, as someone who struggles with sleep, I didn’t find the 1.5mg melatonin dose effective in helping me fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. While I appreciate the natural approach and additional vitamins, it might not be strong enough for individuals with significant sleep issues. I recommend considering dosage and individual needs when choosing sleep supplements.
