These vitamins are the perfect way to add a quality multivitamin designed for women to your diet. I love that they include some Iron and Calcium, but it is not 100% of your RDV. They also have some supplements added including Ashwagandha for stress and Ginger for digestive issues. The cost for these multivitamins is kind of high, but I feel that the quality Nordic Naturals gives you is worth it.
The tablets are large and can be difficult to swallow. I only try for 1 tablet at a time and make sure that I have lots of water on hand. The tablets are not coated so they do start to dissolve if you hold them on your tongue. They don’t taste bad, but they don’t taste great either! They do have a strong, vitamin smell. It is not unpleasant and doesn’t bother me, but you will get a good whiff when you open the bottle. These vitamins have not caused any stomach upset or other side effects. If the price is in your budget, I would recommend these as a solid multivitamin for women to help you with any shortfalls in your regular diet.

I take the omega and love those. Wanted to take the women’s vitamins. They are too large and I find my self almost choking on them. Can’t make a return. (Yes I’ve tried cutting them up, just makes them shape and stuck.

This is a good general purpose women’s multivitamin. The pills are large, which made them difficult for my wife to swallow. She takes a few other supplements and these were the largest. The taste is mildly unpleasant but not terrible. These things affect HOW you take the pill, but not why – on the why, these things are great.
There’s a good blend of things that every woman needs (IE: vitamins A/B/C/D) and things that are nice to have, like Biotin. If you have specific needs, this may not cover them fully but it does provide a very good baseline. We also appreciate the transparency of the brand.

This is an impressive women’s multivitamin when it comes to both range and quantity of ingredients. All the vital vitamins are covered as well as key additions that are important to women. So that’s important but the difference maker is in the quantity of each.
I say that because for the suggested serving size of 2 pills, 12 of the ingredients deliver 200% or higher daily recommended value. So there’s more than enough of what you need in 2, which tells me dropping this back to just 1 tablet daily will be fine for most women.
The body tends to waste excess supplements so 100% is adequate. Plus, cutting back really helps with the daily cost. This product includes 60 pills for $39.91 which is $1.33 for 2 a day. Dropping to 1 a day brings it to $0.67 which is way more affordable.

I like the facts that this vitamin contains so many vitamins that I don’t see from others.
I tasted ginger, which is part of the ingredients.
I am totally fine with ginger and I cooked with ginger.
This vitamin is not good for everyone, especially people like me.
I have a hard time to swallow it.
I forced myself to take 2 pieces, I was throwing up on my first try.
They are so big and hard, plus nasty tasting.
I even tried to swallow it by bite it into two pieces,
They are still difficult to swallow.
After I got one down to my mouth, I couldn’t even do the second piece without vomiting.
I am not pushing myself into this everyday.
Will be looking for something else.
Shape, hardness, size and taste, they are all the problems.
I rather do capsules compared to these.
Just too bad for me.

This is a great vitamin for women’s daily/multi-vitamin purposes. The calcium and iron in here is a great boost. The cost seems a bit high for a daily supplement but I guess it depends on what you are looking for and what other kinds of products you want to compare.
The packaging is great, there is no foul odor, and they don’t cause any GI/Stomach upset.

I like these so far. I am usually sensitive to multivitamins with nausea, but these seem to be easy on the system.
The ‘extra strength’ version is 2 pills per day. It is actually the same ingredients per pill as the regular one a day version.
Order extra strength and take one per day for a discount.
