I like these. They have helped me have more energy and helped get rid of some brain fog. I am usually low on a few minerals and these work well with helping me maintain my levels. I haven’t noticed any side effects. I would buy again.

This has a pretty wide array of essential minerals in my opinion. I feel the need to supplement minerals because our soils have been so severely depleted due to how we farm now–industrial farming.

I normally don’t write many reviews, but these vitamins have turned my life around! I have an autoimmune disease and miss out on a lot of vitamins. I can’t have biotin or strong doses of calcium for bloodwork and absorbtion reasons. Most everyday vitamins found at the store give me the worst stomach ache, but Nordic Naturals make me feel the way I did 10 years ago before I got diagnosed! I thought waking up in pain everyday was going to be the rest of my life, but these vitamins have completely saved me! I can do things again and not have to worry about cramping or exhaustion! I only take one a day too, instead of the full dose. Thank you soooo much Nordic! 💕💕💕

I am really careful about supplements I take. I only take supplements from manufacturers I know i can trust like this Nordic Naturals product. I also use Gaia, Pure, Now, and Kirkland. This is an excellent mineral blend, but be aware that the calcium is only 12% of the daily recommended, so you might still need a separate calcium. For me, my calcium levels are fine (I have my blood checked by my doctor every 6-12 months).
What I really like is this multi-mineral has a good dose of Iodine. It is something we don’t get in our diets as much as we need. It is so important to body function, muscles, immunity, etc.
The normal dose is 3 capsules, but I am unable to take that many at one time because I take so many supplements, so 1 only take 1 of these. I feel like I still get a good amount of minerals and then the bottle lasts me 3 months. It also makes this affordable for me.
I completely trust Nordic Naturals brand supplements. I have been taking their fish oil capsules for years. It is a company that makes very high quality products, some of the best available on the market. Definitely a 5-star product!

I drink lots of water so figured I might be diluting my minerals and electrolytes. Would have to do a blood test or something to verify.
