This product ticked many boxes for me, but I can’t overlook the terrible taste. It simply tastes like Stevia with a subtle hint of chocolate. I’m not a fan of overly sweet things, and I particularly dislike the aftertaste from Stevia. I wish they had used a different sweetener or used less of it. I gave it an extra star because it’s organic, grass-fed, and has glutathione.

The ingredients are immaculate, but flavor is fab too. The flavor is mild, but delightful. I use 1/2 cup organic almond milk & the rest water, and then add some fun if I have time, I add these organic ingredients: a handful of frozen berries, tablespoon of dried goggi berries, 1 packet of frozen acai, 1 tablespoon of flax meal & 1 tablespoon of flax oil, 1/2 avocado and a few Lacinato kale leaves, and bam, perfect meal. If no time, it’s just the liquid & powder and 1 or 2 from the above list. I feel full & satisfied, and unlike other protein powders, this does NOT mess up my digestion.

I have been using this whey protein powder for a few months now, and I like it very much. It is a bit challenging to dissolve unless I use a mini frother or blender. The taste is pleasant and works nicely with my morning coffee. I took off one star because of the packaging, because when you receive the bag, the whey powder completely clogs the zipper seal and requires that you use a knife or other sharp tool to clean the powder out of the zipper so that the product package can be sealed. The manufacturer should consider alternative packaging or at the very least an inner bag to contain the powder so that the ziplock closure does not get clogged with the product. Otherwise, very happy with this protein powder which is helping me with my health.

This particular whey protein provided by Source Organic is outstanding! Prior to purchasing it I’ll admit I was a little intimidated by the price, and hesitated to buy it. After reading all the good reviews, I finally decided to order some and give it a try. I went with the bulk size (2lb bag) because it’s much better value than its smaller counterpart (the 1lb bag I believe). After using this protein for several weeks, I am pleased to say it has both met and exceeded my expectations. The overall quality of the protein is superb, and mixes instantly with any liquid of choice, giving it a smooth, silk-like texture (I personally use it with milk, but I have also tried it with water which works just as well). It’s easy to tell after opening the bag and trying the product why it costs what it costs. It beats any competition by a mile in terms of quality, taste, and health focus. I’m somewhat of a health nut, so I was very pleased to see that this product is organic, and that it is derived from grass-fed cows that are solely raised in the states. In essence, if you can afford it, I would strongly recommend buying it. It tastes great, it’s trustworthy, and is overall an amazing product for those concerned with health, and reliability. I will be a returning customer!

This whey is absolutely worth the price. A rare find: it is high quality organic whey protein without lecithin or any other additives or preservatives, sweeteners or flavors, and is not an isolate. It is ALSO from Jersey cows with a higher A2 protein ratio, and produced with regenerative farming approaches—it doesn’t get much better in the States. It also happens to taste great and blend well in smoothies! I’m super sold on this product.

I was looking for a good quality, unflavored protein to easily mix into my oatmeal. This product is definitely not the later and it was chunky and tasted strange. Haven’t tried mixing in a blender yet maybe with some milk and then adding to oatmeal but definitely would make breakfast more cumbersome and just not what I’m looking for …

(This is for the classic NON-lecithin formula.) Very happy with this. It has a stronger dairy flavor than some other powders out there, but that makes it perfect to use as coffee creamer, alfredo sauce, etc.
Note- because the classic does not have an emulsifier additive, you will need to shake or blend it if you are making a smoothie.

I add one scoop to my morning coffee and blend well with a frother. Are there still some clumps? Sometimes. Do I care? Nope. I feel great and have good energy from this product. Thank you for making quality protein!

This stuff is outstanding. Like many, I was looking for a clean whey protein powder. I exercise frequently and require the extra protein on a daily basis. I decided to gamble on this one and I bought the 2lb package. I have tried so many powders but so many fall short in the ingredients. Not this one! And you can taste it and feel it when you consume this whey. I made a shake with almond milk and ice. It doesn’t mix as well as other name brand powders but it works fine. It does taste like a creamy milk. Also blended it with oat bran and it was delicious. But I also add berries and nuts and a few drops of stevia and almond milk. I think it’s worth it even with the hefty price tag. However, a 5lb bag or buying bulk would be a nice option to save some money.
