I had a hard time swallowing the capsules, so I put some juice in an 8 oz canning jar, added contents of three capsules, and shook until mixed and drank. The juice covers the taste of the capsules which on their own with water wasn’t bad.
The capsules are not large, I just have a hard time swallowing pills/capsules.

My mom was able to take these with no problems. If you have hypoglycemia, caution as my sugar dropped when I took it. Talk with your doctor first before purchasing and check ingredients and research product.
