I’ve been having mixed feelings on K2 with recent times, and the ratio here *looks* pretty high, but it’s MK-4 not MK-7, so I assume the increase is re: the bioavailability. From what I’ve read, it looks like there is an advantage with MK-4 over 7 in terms of bone density, which if true would be my preferred form. I super appreciate that the D is microencapsulated, I sort of accidentally fast a lot so it’s beneficial here.
I’ve been taking D/K2 supplements for probably six years now, and definitely notice when I’ve had gaps. In this case with my usual cycling, this is definitely what it purports.
Past that I appreciate Nootropics Depot formulations for the wild nerd level supplement research and resulting formulations. If ever something looks off or weird I can always find research that would explain the why. I’ve actually learned a lot from this company, mostly by way of curiosity for what theyre doing that goes against common practices.
If you want a COA for your batch you can email a request to support on their site. Overall I just have a pretty high level of trust for this company, find what they’re doing super interesting, and think this is really mindful product. Sure, when compared to other alternatives it looks overpriced, but in practice the formulation they’ve created and the reasons behind it (at least to me) justify the price.

I have been taking vitamin D for a long time. It’s an important nutrient for bone health as well as other things. This pill also has Vitamin C in it. Both the Vitamin D and Vitamin C are excellent for my immune system..
I like that the pills are scored so they can be cut in half. I sometimes do that if I feel like I got plenty of Vitamin D in a particular meal, or on a day when I spend a lot of time in the sun.
I am confident that this Nootropics is an effective supplement, as I’ve always been pleased with their products.

THESE ARE GOOD NUTRIENTS TO HAVE. You don’t want your body to run low on them.
I normally take those small gel capsules with 50mg of D3.
I also have dry capsules of 100mg K2 pills.
THIS IS A DRY TABLET OF VITAMIN D. It contains MORE than twice the vitamin D3.
And 100mcg of K2.
It also has almost “half of the vitamin C you should get a day.”
I was looking for some new Vitamin D3 pills. THIS ARE A BIT PRICEY just to replace your vitamin D3 with.
BUT is does also have a “daily serving” of vitamin K2.
The PILLS are NOT Large. But they also are NOT small. I HAVE NO PROBLEM SWALLOWING THEM.
If YOU LIKE THE PRICE, And you want to get a good dose of vitamin K2 with your D3. This just might be a good pill for You.
I have noticed NO stomach problems or any issues with taking these pills.
FOR MY INTEREST IN THESE AS A VITAMIN D3 PILL they would get only 1 STAR because of the PRICE.

Hard to know for sure if any vitamins do their job. I would say it makes a difference if you need sunlight in the winter. The K2 seems to make the difference like I learned with the vitamin D. You don’t get as many pills per bottle as other brands. Otherwise nothing wrong with this choice.

Currently using this as I am not going out in the sun as much. This will help you get your levels back to normal. Easy to use and works well. This brand is really high quality so the price may reflect that.

I have been taking vitamin D3 for a while now with my calcium. I’ve learned that it’s
important to take K2 whenever you take D3. Without K2 calcium can be deposited in your blood instead of your bones. This product contains a high dose of D3 (125 mcg which is the equivalent of 5000 IUs.). It contains an appropriate amount of K2 for absorption and also contains vitamin C. The other thing I like is that it’s microencapsulated which helps protect it and also increases absorption.
I was surprised when I received this bottle because it is less than 3 inches tall. I am use to getting pills in large half full bottles but this bottle was full. The tablets are scored so they can easily be cut in half which is what I am doing because 5000 IUs is more than I feel I need. I have gotten supplements from Nootropics Depot before and I think it’s a good company. The products are made in facility with GMP certification.

ND’s supps are the best out there. I like that these include your daily dose of vit c as well. I’m sure there’s a sciency reason ND puts it in with vit d, so I’m on board.
