Original review: Nothing to complain about. I take one capsule 3x per day and it’s very effective. Definitely helps with my anxiety. Nootropics Depot is a wealth of information regarding these supplements and their products are extremely high quality.
Update after full bottle: This stuff is incredible. It’s like a physical strain was relieved all over my body. Day to day activities are a lot easier and more enjoyable. My memory has improved slightly, but the biggest improvement is less stress I calmly get through situations that would typically overwhelm me prior to using this KSM-66. My wife sees the difference and says I’m more positive and happy. I take 2 Capsules 2 times per day and sometimes 1 before bed. Check reddit for more information, there are great starter guides on nootropics. Nootropics Depot is known to be one of the best sources of information and supplements in the world.
Tl;dr = this stuff rocks and has made my life noticeably better. This is the first item on Amazon I’ve subscribed to.

I had little to no expectations of what this supplement would offer. I thought maybe this would offer me a little more energy and a little higher sex drive or gains in the gym as I have had minimal effects from generic Ashwagandha in the past. WOW! The benefits from this are far past what I expected! I am having better energy, better sex drive, better focus, and much better control of my hunger (and feels like my blood sugar). I have been taking this once in the morning with coffee and once in the afternoon and fasting until 8 pm and the period where I would get lethargic or feel like my blood sugar was a little low never came. I feel like I could have fasted 24 hours EASILY. Unless there is a tolerance coming my way that diminishes these stellar effects, this is now part of my everyday regimen. Absolutely life-changing supplement.

I have an overactive imagination. Less than 1% of the population has a brain like mine. I may have two brains. or three. Well, I knew I had unhealthy trouble with my Circadian Cycle. Now, for the first time, taking KSM-66 I’m able to get to sleep without racing thoughts; I’m calm. And I drift asleep much faster than taking L-Theanine, Gaba, Glycine, or melatonin. And I sleep longer, too, as an added benefit. Never knew Ashwagandha was so effective. I saw that I should cycle this every few days, since It can demotivate some people. Drinking a caffeine Tea like Jiagulan or Bergamot Tea in the morning helps a lot. Tea helps a lot to get me focused, since I enjoy being a productive, morning person as a computer geek. That’s my day job. I can end my Dracula existence, creature of the night, and now live out in the sun light, once again. Though I’m still a wolf man, you can feel my heartbeat, carnivore is in my blood line, the tell-tale heart is here, pacing faster, especially when I find myself howling like a Lunatic during the Full Moon, the slacked jaw open like an Apex predator, KSM-66 helps to restore my disposition, so I can now walk upright as a man, go about the day like a sensible Dr. Jekyll–no longer fearful of my alter-ego, this Night stalker, this beast within, this knuckle scraping fiend, this ghastly Mr. Hyde, this grotesque monster that I am, this madness which robs me of my precious back breaking sleep. There’s no reason the standard KSM ashwagandha extract should cost this much in 2023. They literally have more extract then they know what to with atp. It’s way overpriced if you look online for just 5 minutes you can find a bulk supplier that’s going to save you a ton of money in the long run. I use ash every night as a way to lower my cortisol levels before bed. It works wonders just not worth the price tag from depot

These came recommended by my Indian friend at work, whose whole family uses it as part of their daily regimen. This guy always knows all the best natural herbs and ways to combat illness, and true to form, my husband was looking for something to help combat his anxiety and difficulty sleeping. This stuff allows him to calm down without feeling sedated, and it helps him to sleep through the night and not wake up startled by every odd noise 50 times during the night. It’s been a real game changer for him. He prefers this brand for the quality.
