I generally Juice fresh tumeric with added black pepper and a bit of fat such as coconut oil for best results. But when I saw this had the pepper in I thought I would give it a try. Still on the fence as to how effective it is but then again often times it takes a couple of months or so to see the benefits when trying new items. I may just need another month or two to reap the benefits due to being older.

As an arthritis sufferer for 15 years, this has helped with the lower back and hip pain. There is a noticeable and dramatic reduction. The 4 stars is because of my ability to build up a tolerance to pain meds and supplements very quickly. I have found if I rotate between a prescription and an OTC every 3 months, I am able to keep my pain down to a lower more manageable level. I Take one capsule in the morning with breakfast, and the 2nd with dinner. This is going into the rotation so I will buy again.
