While some can argue that certain products don’t work for them, which happens, because everybody is a little different. What works for one person may not work for another. What I don’t think anyone can say is that Nootropics Depot doesn’t produce quality products.
I have an extensive background in quality. I’ve developed QC systems, guidance documents, audit checklists, audit requirements, etc. I understand 21 CFR 111, 117, 507, and to some degree 211. I’ve been conducting audits for 17+ years and I know what works and what doesn’t. While I haven’t seen their procedures or facility in person, auditors develop a fairly quick checklist of things that help vet companies. I know within the first 10 minutes whether an audit is going to go well or not and from everything I’ve seen thus far, Nootropics Depot is doing things right.
Of course, I wouldn’t take my word for it. As the old saying goes, trust but verify. Reach out to the company and talk to them yourself. There is no substitute for that.
That said, at the very least, I am confident the product you purchase from Nootropics Depot is a quality product and it is what they say it is. People don’t understand how much goes into that. You must qualify your vendors which involves extensive documentation, testing and chain management. Then you receive the raw material and it goes to quarantine with a plethora of even more requirements that the raw material must meet before being accepted into inventory. Then there are production processes with all sorts of checks, balances, in-process testing, etc. Then lastly, finished product. That too, goes through all sorts of QC checks, requirements and more testing. For anyone doing it right, it’s daunting, but worth it.
Lastly, I would say with purity comes potency. If they are doing things right, odds are, you will have an effect. I can safely say all the products I’ve purchased I’ve felt something and this product was no different. It’s a great product and a much needed Nootropic with any stack you use, but again – you can’t discount human biology. Each person is different and it is possible you won’t feel anything, but I always recommend giving the product time to work its magic before deciding.
P.S. I see a lot of comments about not providing scoops when dealing with powders. This is challenging, because the density of each ingredient is different. The same volume of two different ingredients can weight two different amounts. You also have natural variations that can happen from batch to batch due to harvesting, the time of year, etc. Not only would they have to develop custom scoops for each ingredient/product because of density issues, depending on the variables from batch to batch, they would have to scrap those scoops and buy new ones. It would be a nightmare and impractical. Just buy the darn scale folks! You get the exact amount every time.

This product does not come with a standardized scoop. The manufacturer says that the only way to extract the correct dose is to buy a scale. Therefore, the capsules may make more sense.
“We do not provide measuring scoops with our products. Additionally, we are unable to tell you the measurement of powder in teaspoons/tablespoons as the density of our powders can vary from time to time due to different milling processes, so it will not always be the same. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience with this. We suggest using a milligram scale when measuring out our powders. Scoops measure volume rather than weight, which is problematic because all powders have different densities.”

Actually, it is too early to tell the results because I am taking multiple supplements and I am not sure which one is doing the job. I’m 77 and take no meds and am active and still working full time. I do believe this supplement is one of the recommended by my health care practitioner. I’ll do my best to report back in the near future.
