My family and I are very fond of Nongxin spicy instant noodles, it is convenient and quick, each package contains rich soup powder, rich seasoning, spicy soup base, suitable for people who like heavy taste.
Ramen is served with large chunks of vegetables, the texture of the noodles is very strong, and the packaging is sufficient, and it is very affordable to buy 20 packets at a time. They can be served with eggs, vegetables or meat, and they are all delicious.

This are my kids favorite ramen noodles. They actually have great taste and it’s worth the money the size is a good serving for an adult. It’s also super easy to make and it fills us up with just one bag.

I love the taste, the portion, the freeze dried topping, the price of these compared to others on my Amazon, and so much about these soups. I just can’t handle how spicy. I’ve tried cooking the soup with tons of fresh veggies and toppings in the hopes of diluting the spice. I’ve tried using a fraction of the powder plus other seasonings. The soup base was just too spicy for me. I’m going to have to look for something else.

They are good, high quality noodles too, and great consistency and instructions. But, “spicier than your average noodles” does not begin to describe what I’ve experienced. Listen, I love spice. Simple fact of life is that some people like spice and some don’t. However, even I have my limits and these noodles have certainly brought me near it.
For reference, diablo hot sauce is nothing to me. Sriracha is like ketchup in my mind. I regularly require habaneros or jalapenos on my pizza because without it I just can’t feel it. But these noodles are hot in places I didn’t know could feel spice. I accidentally spilled some broth on my hand and it is currently stinging a little, it has been 15 minutes.
I will not be buying these again in bulk. But I certainly am not finished with Shin Ramen.
My only complaint is that the description is nowhere near accurate about how spicy these are to me, that said I love these and will probably never eat them because I will get a stomach ulcer if I do. Or better yet I will be listening to ring of fire the next day.
Portion is a little big, I’m an american and I’m saying it so you know it’s a bit on the large side. Personally I couldnt eat it all and I’m 230 lbs.
