    Definitely helps with getting splits in lips. Keeps the lips moist, as the name suggests.

    This is a little thicker than the Nivea lip balm I’ve been using – but i’ve had it for forever, I don’t think they make it anymore. This doesn’t slide on as silky as their prior version. That being said, I still love it. One thing I don’t like in a lip balm is a perfume-y smell and this is very lightly scented, you barely notice it. I will continue to order it, because nothing else I’ve tried works like Nivea. If you haven’t tried it, you should.

    FYI – this comes in a small plastic bag – no manufacturer’s packaging. At first I thought, holy cow I just got 2 tubes of open Nivea lip balm, but they still have the shrink wrap seal around them and the black magic marker is on top of that over the bar code. I think you can be confident to open them and use them. If I croak from using them, I’ll have one of my kids update this review…if I think to mention it while I’m shuffling off this mortal coil.

    Does a decent job at keeping lips moisturized … better than most other lip moisturizers imo. Have to reapply frequently tho.

    I have a chronic problem with dry, chapped lips. Ever since the 8th grade, I used to wear the Chapstick necklace holder around my neck so I could carry my lip moisturizer with me everywhere I went. I didn’t care how ridiculous I looked – my lips were THAT dry (as I had to apply lip balm many times throughout the day).
    I’ve been using Chapstick throughout my entire teen years and right on into college dayz.

    Then I stumbled across this product at my local CVS and have never gone back to Chapsticks since! It goes on so soft and smooth. It is LOADED with moisturizers that last and last! I don’t have to keep applying it constantly, like with the Chapstick.

    I have used everything under the sun for dry, chapped lips – Blistex (too rough) Carmex (too greasy) Chapstick (leaves a film). This was the perfect one. I cannot recommend it enough. My brother buys 6 Chapsticks at a time. He has dry lips too and won’t wear the necklace (he’s a lawyer) 🙂 I am going to order him one of these lil’ gems from Amazon and have it shipped directly to his house as a surprise. Lets see if he becomes a believer too. . .

    The skin around my lips actually broke out because this lip balm is so greasy. It gives your lips a feeling of being coated in wax rather than being moisturized. It’s also sticky and hard to remove. Not recommended!

    I don’t like flavored lip balms, so this has been my product of choice for over 4 years now. It doesn’t taste like anything which is perfect. I get really bad chapped lips year-round, especially in the winter. Nivea does the job. It’s not greasy like some of the cheaper lip balms but still has a smooth texture.

    I have extremely dry lips that I feel looked chapped constantly. I have tried a plethora of lip balms that just didn’t work for me until I came across this one. Wow! I have never had such great results from a lip balm, the formula is amazing as it glides on so smooth and is not sticky at all. My lips look great no more flaky chapped lips and they feel silky smooth. If you have extremely dry lips try this lip balm out, you will not regret it. I get super sad everytime my this lip balm starts running low and go out and buy another immediately because I’m not sure how I survived with out this before. I am super satisfied with this purchase and will repurchase again forever!

    Received the ordinary Nivea Lip Care — not the Nivea Kiss of Moisture pictured. They are definitely not the same products. The Lip Care version is just the same as ordinary chapstick. The Kiss of Moisture actually adds moisture instead of just a sticky film. Not happy with inaccuracy…
