What I like the most is the product protects the lips from drying and peeling under weather conditions.

I don’t understand why people are complaining that this is too soft and goopy. I’ve been using it for years and the only time this happened was once when I took it to the beach and it sat in the sun. It is normally satiny smooth and very moisturizing, never waxy like some other products. It’s all I use for my very dry lips.

For anyone who ordered this item and like many others only received ONE lip balm per pkg, I contacted Customer Service (through chat) although it took forever to figure out how to get to Customer Service AND they are sending me a replacement order. I ordered 10 pkg which should have totalled 20 lip balms. I received the 10 pkgs but each only contained ONE lip balm. I am satisfied that they are sending a replacement order but the advertising for this item should be changed immediately. It is not accurate! As for the product itself, I love this lip balm but certainly wasn’t happy with the fact that advertising is misleading!

The consistency of this chapstick is so soft that I have to use my fingers to put it on. Messy to use.

If you can avoid this, please do! This is sooo mushy. I thought it had melted due to the heat but apparently, it is made this way. You literally have to “dab” this on or you end up with a big glob of goop on your lips. Hate this product!

Esse protetor Nívea da tampa Azul escuro é, para meu gosto, o mais eficiente, pois tenho os lábios secos e nem sempre estou de batom. Só encontrei na Amazon, pois nas farmácias estavam em faltam por um bom tempo.
