Had been dealing with thrombosed hemorrhoid (no bleeding just pain) for last few weeks hoping it would go on it’s own, it didn’t. I bought this along with other Reejoy herbal ointment just 2 days ago. Used this one externally, and Reejoy’s ointment inside rectum with an applicator. Took about 2 days to see the effect but now pain is gone, all back to normal. I’ll keep using it for few more days to make sure the hemorrhoid vein is all cured. Also took a raw garlic clove right before sleep per one youtube video. At this point, am really not sure what worked but I attacked my thrombosed hemorrhoid pain from all direction. This may have played a big role in helping with swelling as I see some ingredients on this cream that does exactly the thing. Oh, forgot about sitz bath 3 times a day, even though it was for short time but made me forget about pain during my 24/7 pain experience. Good luck!

The cream is water based, which is a lot better than all those Vaseline based greasy butt creams that do nothing! The anesthetic effect is inmediate, BUT it lasts about 30 minutes. Another thing is that you cannot beat the price of this Nikzon cream… It is good for the itching and weird sensations you might get. Because it also has a vasoconstrictor, this cream MIGHT help you also heal the problem (which is what I am interested in, as long as, your case is mild or just starting.) BUT IT DEPENDS ON TOO MANY FACTORS! In my case, this is just an anesthetic. I have been operated of Hemorrhoids twice in my life. Having the problem again at 60 was a big surprise!
HOWEVER, I BELIEVE that my hemos are also a problem that is being caused by my two herniated disks L4 and L5, which almost ALL PEOPLE after the age of 50 also have. And all the burning, tickling and weird sensations that pressure on the nerves cause get together, if you are susceptible, to also irritate your hemos… You need to MAKE SURE that there is enough fiber (not too much and not too little) in your diet. And that YOU DON’T SIT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. It is my personal belief that this UNNATURAL way of life that we live in this “MODERN AND CIVILIZED” world is the cause of a miriad of conditions and diseases… AND IT IS GOING TO GET WORSE… But I digress… I hope what I have said helps someone. Might work for you who knows but what I do know is that it did zero for me. Does nothing for pain or swelling, might as well rub Vaseline on it!😡

It does relieve pain and itching but did nothing to shrink the hemorrhoid so that was disappointing. I’m back with Prep H because that at least help with that issue.

Had to drop in a review after going on a buy anything and everything to ease my suffering shopping spree.
You know what this is used for already so no details there only that mine was external and painful. Tried preparation h and that always does nothing. Tried hemcalm “homeopathic” supplement that youll see advertised and its no different than sniffing essential oils and thinking itl cure a broken leg. Ive used zinc oxide from basic cvs tubes to ultra organic 40% non-nano zinc for babies/mothers/every formulation and while it protected the area it didnt solve anything.
Day 5 of no changes to pain and having trouble walking and sitting, this arrived and within half hour the local anesthetic effect kicked in and I could function again. Applied at 6pm, was able to sleep easy and next morning things felt healed. The culprit is still there but at least my body can begin to recover without feel pain non stop.
Its 12pm the next day and still havent reapplied since the first time and will continue if needed but was not expecting such a impactful effect. If youre reading this, give it a shot and dont waste money on other stuff thats same formulation as generic basic ointment with a different name.
