    AWFUL waste of money. When I opened these the smell was powerfully rancid. Then I noticed all the capsules were stuck together in one giant chunk. They were sticky and the capsule was visibly cloudy.

    These help me to feel more well. I also have less of the random hunger pangs throughout the day since starting them, snacking less which was an unexpected but most welcome effect!

    Don’t get this brand. Handling them to transfer to organizers, I saw the pills are so oily. Likely one or some pills are leaking and it covered everything else. Gross.

    I don’t know if these help but I take them and SEEM to have less issues with dry eyes. I figure they can’t hurt so I take them every day.
