I fell and damaged both feet and ankles. So needed something that will stay secure on me feet.
Overall, I think these work well for some with smaller and more narrow feet. I wear women size 10 wides for shoes.
Pros:
– stays cold for a long period of time
– freezes back up again quickly
– good coverage on heel and foot itself
Cons:
– does not work well for wider feet and longer feet. My feet went over the defined footbed edging so not as much room to wrap and my toes were sticking out more
– there was a gap right where the ankle was so not full coverage like the pictures.

I bought two different brands of the same wrap and this specific one is my favorite. I had foot surgery and wanted something to ease icing my foot because ice packs are not fun to try and wrap your foot in. The other one I purchased was Comfytemp which is fine, it is just not as comfortable or easy. Here are the pros and cons for both:
Newgo Pros: Fit (my surgery was on my toes), comfort, longevity, easy to use, comes with a bag to put it in to freeze the wrap so it doesn’t contaminate or stink up the freezer, has a natural boot shape so the fit is lovely.
Newgo Cons: I have small feet so it may not be big enough for people with larger feet, and the straps aren’t removable, and I love this one so much that I can’t justify buying like 3 more since surgery is very short term.
ComfyTemp Pros: the straps are removable, gets the job done, and may work better for ankle surgery as it is not a formed shoe.
ComfyTemp Cons: The fit isn’t great, it definitely is made for a smaller and narrower foot, doesn’t stay as cold as long, the straps are confusing, does not come with a bag to prevent contamination and odor.
Overall: I would buy this one 300 times over.

This heat/ice wrap really does wrap all around the foot and ankle and provides wonderful relief. I tried it as an ice pack and a heat pack and would highly recommend wearing heavier socks (eg: winter socks) on one’s feet as the heat and ice might be too much for a bare foot/ankle.
I did buy another wrap after trying out the first one and being very satisfied with it.
The heat and ice last for a looooong time, and I encourage anyone to make sure the wrap is not on for more than 20 minutes even though it is still retaining the heat/ice.
This is a very good and recommendable product.

This is a wonderful product. Love it so much that I bought another for my second foot. It straps on securely. Don’t know exactly how long it stays cold because I haven’t timed it. But I can tell you it stays cold long enough to do the job. Does take 2 hours to freeze out of the box but now I just store it in the freezer so it’s ready when I need it. The wrap covers the foot & ankle all the way around & is easy to adjust. I’d 100% recommend this product. Worth every penny.

These boots are fabulous. The gel conforms to your foot and does not hurt an injury. These stay cool for an extended period of time. Well made. The straps keep them on as snug as you want them. I broke my foot and sprained the ankle so I’m on crutches. I got 2, one for the injured foot/ankle and another for the tired foot that’s doing all the work now!

I bought this ice pack wrap to help treat my plantar fasciitis. My doctor had recommended ice water and while that worked, my foot always was numb afterwards. This ice pack chills my foot well. The inside of the pack is a soft velvety material so it is comfortable. Granted, it isn’t as cold as plunging your foot into ice water, but it does cool it relatively well for an ice pack. The Velcro straps are easy to use, but it doesn’t make a completely tight fit on your foot. But I think it has worked well for me. The ice pack came with its own zippered plastic pouch to prevent the pack from picking up refrigerator/freezer food smells (which I have experienced before with fabric ice packs…yuck!) That is a nice thing to have. The pack does get frost/ice on the outside of it (I use mine in the freezer) but that is to be expected with an ice pack. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and expect that I’ll be using it for a long time.

Can easily slide foot into this wrap and it covers foot and ankle perfectly. Using the plush side with bare foot is comfortable and quickly decreases swelling. Easy to travel with and can wear while driving.
