I have a sprained knee and it makes icing it easy and comfortable. It helps to make it feel better and having a sprained knee as a pregnant mom, every little thing to make things easier is wonderful! Love this ice pack.

I was looking for something that would allow me to ice my knee. Traditional ice packs slide off or you have to use multiple ones and wrap with an ace bandage – too cumbersome. This ice pack gets plenty cold in the fridge, fits around my above average size thigh, and stays cold at least 20 minutes. The soft inner lining lets the cold in while protecting you from feeezer burn! I highly recommend to anyone who uses cold therapy for their knee.

This item was purchased to help control swelling following a total knee replacement surgery. It takes a bit to get skilled at securing it to your leg due to its wrap-around still and the Velcro which tends to grab the strap before you are ready for it to do so.
The only knock is that after about 10 minutes or so, the coldness begins to fade, but since I was icing only 15-20 minutes at a time, it worked well for me. I bought to so that I could swap them out as I iced every hour. It takes about 2 hours to freeze hard again.
It is superior to other “blue ice” items I had used before and is a good value for the price. I know there are more expensive ones out there that may stay cold longer, but this product served my purposes well.

So sorry to say I had to return this because it does not stay cold long enough.
Other than that, it was the perfect ice pack for my knees.
It is so easy to use! The straps are intuitive to put on.
It froze well & felt great on my arthritic knees.
The Physical Therapist wanted for me to use it for 10 minutes at a time & it just would not stay cold long enough. So sad to return it. But the return process was easy.

This gel wrapped was perfect for my brothers swollen knee before and after surgery. Would recommend this wrap. It was really nice having gel vs. Ice , no mess from melting ice. The wrap was great size for the knee.

I’ve been having constant knee pain so I purchased three different ice packs and this one is the best so far. If it’s snug and it does not fall off or slide down the wrapping system going around your knee is very effective and fits regardless of leg size I bought a large but it’s clear I could have used a small, there’s a third part of the wrap that goes around the back side of your leg and secures the ice pack even better to avoid slippage and sliding.
This ice pack like the majority of them that are sold lasts approximately 30 minutes at the most so it would be advisable to get more than one. This style of ice pack is comfortable and affordable and I can honestly say very reliable when it comes to slipping and falling off it holds on pretty good. Design is a great design.

A perfect knee icing device like this is very hard to find. This one is just amazing. Stays secure, one side can make your knee so cold it hurts (probably not recommended) and the other side has a soft fleece like material and keeps the ice cold temps off your skin but you still get plenty of cold to help you knee. I absolutely love this thing. I just leave it in the freezer all the time and use it as needed.

Bought this ice-pack after severely injuring my knee (torn lateral & medial meniscus & ACL). This was absolutely the best fitting ice device I have ever used. Maintained temp long enough for my liking & the lining is soft to the skin and does not allow “direct freezing” from contact with the frozen gel they use. I would highly recommend this product!!!
