Bought these prior to eye surgery. They are perfect! Can place in freezer and they remain soft. Comes with a sleeve so they are not placed directly on skin.

Our dog just had knee surgery and needed something for swelling. He’s just a hair over 40 lbs, so a medium-sized dog, and these pucks are absolutely the PERFECT size for our purposes. The gel is nice and flexible so it molds around the contours nicely, but they’re firm enough to be able to apply good compression. The ace bandage-style wrap with the pocket is fabulous. The pocket is large enough to hold 2 pucks with just enough space between them that it makes it easy to wrap around his knee and inner thigh so we can ice both sides of his knee at the same time and not have to hold the pucks in place. They also stay cold for a good long time. I left them out for about 20 minutes after his 15-minute ice down and they were still plenty cold. They also chill quickly, so they’re ready for his next session with no problems. I have not tried them heated yet. I like that they come in a bag to keep them contained and safe from punctures in the freezer. Having them as a 6 pack is awesome, especially for our purposes.
He has also had swelling in his upper thigh and his ankle, so I can easily place one on his thigh with the edge tucked into the wrap to keep it in place. The fabric backing is fine for that area and is adequate for skin protection there. For his ankle, I just use a tea towel to give him a little more protection since the hair is so thin there. I can put a puck on the inside and outside of his ankle, too. We have been using 5 pucks at a time and it’s been working wonderfully. He seems relaxed and comfortable while getting iced down, so these have been great. The size truly is perfect for the dog, but I know we hoomans will find a good use for them, as well! I foresee using them heated for sinus pain relief.

Easy to keep a few in freezer and a few in cupboard. It’s true they don’t stay cold long, but enough for a single 15+ min application (which is how long you’re supposed to do it for) then swap it out for another.

Après une opération chirurgicale j’ai acheté ces sacs de gel à mettre au congélateur. Au nombre de 6 et interchangeables c’est très pratique. A glisser dans la bande élastique autour de la tête . Pas utilisé pour le chaud mais je pense que cela doit soulager aussi.

It is painful for 2-3 days.
Ice is the only pain relief.
I bought these so I was more prepared when I had the second eye done.
Learned I need more ice packs available after the first eye was done.

My only complaint is they didn’t stay cold very long.
But that’s understandable with the small surface of the ice pack.
What was great was having so many available so I could change them constantly.
I like the storage bag it came with. Nice to keep freezer smells away from your ice packs.
I did find the sleeve it came with was too large for use on my eye.
I just used a small microfiber cloth I had to wrap around the ice pack.
Really gave me relief during those 3 days post op.

I needed small ice packs for a breast biopsy to reduce swelling and bruising. These were the perfect size to fit in my sports bra, and were able to flex so they didn’t dig into my skin. I do wish they lasted a little longer (I got about an hour from each) but considering how small they are it’s not surprising, I just rotated through all 6 of them so they each had enough time to freeze back up again.

I never realized how useful it would be to use multiple small ice packs for pain relief vs one large pack.
I get migraines. With these, I can lay down, put one or two packs behind my neck, one on my chest, then put the rest in the included medical wrap, and place it around my forehead. The targeted relief truly helps, and is much less overstimulating than a big chunk of something cold.
They only stay cold for about 20 minutes, but you really shouldn’t be icing for longer intervals than that at a time anyway.
They come in a nice freezer bag to prevent contamination and smell accumulation. They are so affordable, we got one for each person in the household.

These are great! I used them after dental surgery and so less messy than a bigger pack. Also if you need an ice pack in two places they are perfect! Applause to the inventors, wonderful idea. I put two in the freezer while using two, then switched them…perfect. Thank you for creating these.
