I’ve been using Magnesium Glycinate for several years, and I’m always open to trying new formulations. This particular supplement has pine bark extract which I have never tried, and so far, I’m happy with the results. The dosage is a little confusing; I take 3 of them throughout the day (instead of the recommended 2 daily) to meet my needs.

I love Supplements made in Sweden and Germany. They are known for their high quality trustworthiness. Sweden, dietary supplements are covered by Sweden foodstuffs legislation.
The Supplement has very interesting ingredients besides magnesium it has pine bark extract.
Pine Bark extract is an herbal supplement rich in healthy polyphenols like procyanidins, catechins, and phenolic acids.
Long Pepper is another ingredient- long pepper contains a chemical called piperine. Piperine may be able to fight certain parasites that can infections people….
This has been an effective working product for me. I’ve have notice a positive improvement. Great Quality product. Would highly recommend.

These are tablets in a box. They are made in Sweden. Mine are fresh and expire in April 2027. They are vegan, dairy and gluten free, and non GMO. Serving size is 2 tablets–one in the morning and one in the evening. They are scored in case you wish to break them in half. That can be an advantage with a tablet over a capsule but I do prefer capsules generally. These are a little pricier than some but seem to be a good company and product.
I hope you find my review helpful.

I’ve been using this magnesium glycinate formula for a while now, and I must say, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, I absolutely love the unique blend of ingredients. The addition of pine bark and long pepper extract is a great combo, and it’s something you don’t see in many other supplements. These ingredients seem to work well with the magnesium glycinate, and I’ve noticed that it’s been really easy on my stomach, which is a big plus because I have a sensitive stomach.
However, there are a couple of things that I’m not too thrilled about. First off, the price point seems a bit steep. At $25 for a 30-day supply, it’s definitely on the higher end of the spectrum. I understand that quality ingredients come at a cost, but it still feels a bit pricey for my liking.
The other issue I have is with the labeling. The description mentions a daily intake of 440 mg of magnesium glycinate, but when you look at the label, it actually says that a serving of 2 tablets contains 220 mg. This discrepancy is a bit confusing and something that the manufacturer should look into.
Overall, while I like the unique formulation and the gentleness on the stomach, the price and the labeling issue are things that I think could be improved. If these aren’t deal breakers for you, then this supplement could be a good fit. But for me, I might look into other options that offer a better value for my money. It’s a great formula and is well-deserving of 4 stars. Of course, it’s recommended that you speak with your healthcare provider before taking a new supplement.

These tablets are fine, no taste or smell and are actually very smooth. The tablet itself is a little large, but the smoothness seems to help when taking them. I am not a fan of the tablets in a blister pack, as I divide out my vitamins in containers for a 3 week supply. Having to take out 21 tablets to do so is not as convenient, just a personal preference.

Efficacy is not a topic we can discuss in reviews. And to be fair, I have not tested it but… If you know what this is then I can tell you it seems to be at a very high quality right up there with the LEF brand’s quality level. It works as [do your own research] advertised and I highly recommend it.
4 stars!

I have had a long-term interest in magnesium supplements. Over time, I have learned that magnesium glycinate is one of the better formulations for this supplement. It is absorbed more easily than some other magnesium compounds, and this version is even better because it includes pine bark extract, and long pepper extract to increase the absorption of the magnesium into your bloodstream.
The tablets come in a kind of blister pack where you have to tear the foil to get the tablet. The tablets are scored so that you can break them in half if you want to. They recommend one tablet in the morning and one in the evening. According to their Amazon page, the dose, if you take both tablets, is 440 mg, which is in line with the American daily recommendation of 400 mg per day. However, on the box, they say that a serving is two tablets and the dose is 220 mg per day. I suspect this is probably a mistake on the box since the manufacturer would likely aim to provide the daily required dose near 400 mg per day.
They are quite easy to swallow, and I haven’t felt any side effects. Seems like a good brand of magnesium. Manufactured in Sweden.
