At first I was like, I dont know about this. Bloating was worse, I gained 3 pounds… I went on the provitalize website( this is the generic)and it explains that you have to give this 3 months before full effect. One month later, the hot flashes at night are better, bloating is gone and so are the 3 pounds. Im going to re order and give it the full 3 months because I really feel like its working.

Product works! I gave it 4 stars just because initially it may make you a little sick but after a few days , the side effects go away. I think that happens when starting most probiotics, but it typically means it’s working. It helped my hot flashes, bloating, mood, skin ,weight, and even my lady bits had no smell whatsoever.

I saw raving reviews for this on another platform and was really hoping for it to work for me bc I’m young and with young children and got sent into menopause early. I’m only on day one and I’ve been cramping for 24hrs straight. I really was hoping for a better outcome bc of the hot flashes and bone aches but I’m in so much pain. I’m glad it works for some of you, I just really wanted it to work for me too. UPDATE: Although it took several days for my cramps to stop, this company actually cares about customers. They unknowingly helped me without my ask. ***Also, I should mention that my early onset menopause was triggered by an intense medical treatment.

I went through two bottles of Pre & Provitalize with good results and thought I’d try these as a cheaper replacement. Unfortunately, the cramping and stomach upset that comes with these pills isn’t worth it. I could say I’ve lost weight because I feel uncomfortably full (borderline nauseous) all the time and don’t want to eat anything because it makes me feel worse, not to mention makes me need to use the bathroom right away. Despite the price tag these are a no for me.
Edit: Though the product didn’t work for me, the company is amazing! I never asked for a refund but was issued one due to my review. Upped my stars to reflect this and I hope I can find a product to buy from them in the future. Kudos to you, New Age!

I tried switching from Provitalize to this. This product did not work for me. If anything it made me bloated. I switched back for a time and now started taking Akkermansia along with tumeric and a probiotic.
