they tend to crumble around the edges making allot of powder in the bottom of the bottle.

They removed an important and expensive ingredient, phosphatidyl serine, I think it is. Not returnable from Road to Health. I am stuck with 2 $38.00 bottles! That sucks that they didn’t disclose this change!

This was recommended by a doctor for some of the cognitive and behavioral issues my 8 year old son was having. While it hasn’t helped him going to sleep on time, it has improved his cognitive function. He went from getting mixed red and yellow marks at school to getting all green marks almost over night.
