I was skeptical that these would make me feel anything but they gave me a little pick up. Just enough caffeine for a some energy without jitters. I’m sure the added B vitamins also helped (I eat very little meat) and the L-Theanine is calming. Serving size is listed as 2 mints but I took one at a time. Cinnamon flavor is not strong. Will buy again.

While the shipping box was just fine, in it, the tin was smashed and bent, and the mints were broken. (See pics)
Also worth noting, the bitterness of the caffeine and chemicals came straight through the taste of the cinnamon.

I LOVE the peppermint gum, I have used it for a couple weeks now. This does not taste like cinnamon. I honest to goodness almost gagged when I chewed it thinking it would get better. I don’t know if there is a regular cinnamon or if all cinnamon is called fresh cinnamon. I hate these and wish I could send them back.

I do not think they did any market research on this product with humans. It’s inedible. It tastes like an aspirin with a slight cinnamon flavor.
