I have been giving my son this product twice daily to help with irritability, attention/ focus and social problems. It has been a little over two weeks which is probably soon to see clear results. I will update after 30 days on his behavior.
I can say that this product is way too sweet. I mixed it with juice the first time and it was not drinkable. I mix it with water and it tastes like liquid chewable vitamins, which is tolerable, however I gave it to my son on an empty stomach and it made him feel sick. I just have to make sure he eats something before he takes it. The other problem which does not sit well with my sensory sensitive son is that it has floating fiber chunks that do not dissolve. He has always had an issue with strings in his food and this really bothers him. A few years ago it probably would have made him throw up but thankfully now at 9.5 years old I can just nag him to drink most of it each time. I will update at 30 days his behavior changes, if any. I am not sure if I will buy this again at this point.

I rarely write reviews, but I am taking the time to do so because i really value this product. It’s not a complete miracle but let me tell you, if you stick with it, it will certainly add to your tool set of managing your child’s (or your) temperament. Before i give my 2-year-old any type of supplement, i give it to myself in a large dose. Immediately i felt a sense of calm and ease, but at the same time completely mentally clear. It took about 4 weeks for my daughter to truly get adjusted to it. At first, it did rile her up a bit, but i stuck with it because of all of the amazing reviews. It’s a game changer! She is less irritable, has less fits and also if she does get upset, it doesn’t last as long. Here is the funny thing, I started taking it myself in high doses (don’t come for me) and I AM SO MUCH MORE AT EASE! Not a placebo, an actual clarity and peace. So, while she is less on edge, and I am less on edge we are truly starting to create an even more intimate bond! I hope this never, ever goes out of stock. I do wish the price was a little more affordable, but I will continue to purchase forever!

My 9 year daughter has ADHD and sensory processing disorder. She is not on any prescription medications as hey caused her other issues. She went through a brain map and neurofeedback which helped a lot but almost 2 years after completion she’s regressing with her focus, retention and aggression. We started slow with NB using 1/2 scoop 2x a day in 4 oz water and half a squeezed lemon to make it less sweet and it tasted like strawberry lemonade. She ended up getting canker sores from the lemon after 2 weeks so we stopped using lemon and she drinks it with just water now and doesn’t complain. She knows it’s helping her and wants to feel better. She also said she feels like it’s helped her with headaches a few times (maybe from the b vitamin?). In the first week we did notice she was calmer and more patient with her little sister and generally not as angry. She was able to read her required 20 minutes and give me a full review on what she’s read (usually she she just says she doesn’t remember). At about 3-4 weeks I upped her to a full scoop 2x a day but noticed she was much more emotional (not sure if it was lack of sleep or upping the dose). But she went to camp for a week and wasn’t allowed to have it (needed Dr write up and we didn’t get it done in time). Then a week vacation with after and she didn’t have NB. She still was very emotional, short tempered, angry and some aggeession returned. So we are all home now and she’s been back on it for a week with the 1/2 scoop dose and 4 oz water 2x a day and is doing better with calmness and not as angry. I should also note that she usually gets 10 hours of sleep but when on NB she gets about 12 (her Dr said with her brain type she really needs 12 so it’s been great). We are happy to have found NB and highly recommend it. I have heard they are working on other forms to take this, such as unflavored and capsules – can’t wait for that. I have also been in contact with the company and can tell you they are very supportive and helpful.
