a friend of mine talked me into trying NeoCell’s Collagen+ for a week. I noticed much less knee (and neck also) pain in the first week. I have tried shark cartilage and that line without any result. I have been using them for a year (I use much less than the recommended dosage after the first month) now and really believe them to help. I actually jump down out of the pickup bed with a hay bale now without wincing in pain. They work for my girlfriend and my brother also but a friend that tried them didn’t notice any difference. Doesn’t seem to cure everything. Imagine that.

This product is advertised as not having biotin in the pills yet the bottles received have 2500mcg. Poor advertisement of product, misleading the consumer.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered the 2 pack of the collagen tablets for my elderly mother. She only received one bottle, so I contacted the seller – Vitozon. David wrote back saying it was an odd claim because their records showed 2 units were shipped. He then wanted images of the box and asked if there was tampering. I told him my mother, who lives in another state, does not have a camera on her phone. I also told him the box had not been tampered with and was small, so only had room for one bottle, as I was told by my mother. I asked him to send her another bottle. He then said he could not provide a replacement so would refund me 50%. He then refunded only $20 when the order was $50.65! I told him he was short and he said he would look into it. Bottom line is, I only received the $20 and nothing more! I will never do business with him again! I think he enjoyed playing games.
