I was skiddish after reading the reviews about poop, poop, poopen & that bowl movements became some consumers new hobbies. So I never took more than one every evening before bed. Yes my tummy is currently making noises, and yes I can feel works happening in there. But I am very satisfied with my purchase and will be purchasing my second bottle next month. No bad side affects, just alarming sounds and feelings.
In addition I think the manufacturer should lessen the suggested dosage. I really like the value part, because I can’t afford to buy all the green veg that I should eat.

So I have bought this for the second time now. I only take one at a time because if I take two at a time, I better be home for a couple days. But I will take one every few days if I don’t work the next day because once it hits you, you’re gonna be in the bathroom and it’s gonnabe obvious what you’re doing. Definitely cleans you out

Works very well. I’ve only been doing 1 pill a day (vs the dose of 2). And 1 pill seems to be more than a enough so far. The problem with these type of cleanse pills is you kind of become dependent on them instead of using them simply as a 1 week detox. When that 1 week is over, your body seems to have a harder than usual time continuing to go regularly.

If you are having bowel issues. Please take this. Once your stomach starts bubbling, there is no getting up off that toilet. Bring your phone and laptop lol. Seriously, it kills the bloatedness and cleans out you insides. Make no plans. Lol.. AND DO NOT EAT WHILE GOING OUT. You will need a toilet within minutes.

I took 2 pills at 10pm before bed. At about 730am I started having bowel movements. Just small BM’s. Then a large BM. Felt OK, all seemed well. I was loving this product-first time I had gone for days! Then I started having severe stomach pains-tried for another movement. While doing that, I started to feel really sick, broke out in a sweat, thought I was going to pass out, then got nauseous, thought I was going to throw up…but didnt. Took some Pepto which seemed to calm things down. Im thinking since this was the first time taking that two pills was just too much. Going to back off a bit before trying again, and if I do, ill cut it back to one pill and see what happens.
UPDATE: Tried this again after another week, but used only one pill instead of the 2. MUCH MUCH better! I think that maybe an update to the dosage requirements might be a good idea, at least a note that if this is your first time using, start out with 1 pill instead of 2. In any case, upping my review from 2 to 3 starts, because at least today, the product did exactly what I had expected.

This stuff works amazing! I do recommend being close to a bathroom. It does give some stomach cramps but they are mild compared to other brands I have tried. I take it right before bed, and by the next morning it will have you going to the bathroom. Ordering my second bottle soon!

Hey hey. A lot of negative reviews. For me, this thing is legit. If you take 2, you’ll be in going to the bathroom 6-12 times and be in so much PAIN lol. But it emptied me out! I changed my dose to 1 pill. Less pain and less bathroom runs for me. But it works!! 2 pills will hurt very much but it will remove everything lol DONT TAKE THIS IF YOU WORK, or have plans the next day! You’ll have to be home, trust me lol I take them Monday and Tuesday only because on The Weeknd I got plans lol. But it makes me lose weight too!
