At the first sign of a sore throat, these things kill it! One of the vitamins to have as arsenal for prevention of Covid, along w. C, D3, L-Lysine and Melatonin. Yoghurt for gut flora, too. Yay!

I like the time it takes to deliver, but if the package is small enough to fit in the mailbox, that would be my preference .

When I was first turned on to zinc I was a 100% doubter, but I was so miserable with a cold that I gave it a try anyway. Since then, I’ve used this product several times over the years and can personally attest that if you take it within 24 hours of starting a cold it will get you back on your feet within a few hours. Don’t wait to try and tough it out, because zinc is less effective the longer you put off taking the first tablet.
Note that zinc is not effective against the flu; get Tamiflu for that. Allergies need anti-histamines. But for head colds it’s great stuff!
