I’ve always had lots of energy and it was driving me crazy that I had so many ideas and the desire to do things but my body was completely in a comma like. I’ve been taking the hemaplex liquid iron now for six days, so can’t truly report on how well I am doing with health improvements, as I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and had low iron. However, the taste is absolutely horrendous! It taste like I’m drinking blood! I’ve already dealing with nausea during pregnancy, so this makes it extremely challenging for me to choke this down! I will try to report back after I’ve been on the hemaplex for at least 2 to 3 weeks to see if I am feeling better. I want to note that I am also taking it alongside a liposomal vitamin C, chlorophyll, and alfalfa.
I plan to change the stars on my review based on how well it works – right now the flavor is just so bad.

I buy this for my daughter who is iron depleted due to running cross country. She says the taste isn’t great, but is tolerable if it is really cold and she drinks it with a straw and chases it with juice. She has had good improvement with her ferritin levels after she started taking this. She hasn’t had any digestive issues either. Highly recommend.

I found Hemaplex on 2010 after having the worst bout of anemia ever. After a few days of taking this I bounced back like a champ. Before Hemaplex I couldn’t ride my bike for more than a mile without huffing and puffing due to the severe iron deficiency. I had no oxygen being transported to my organs and muscles and at the worst of it I blacked out from lack of oxygen. After Hemaplex I could ride ,20 miles no problem almost over night. It gave me my life back. It has a high level of iron 85mg. I take half a pill. That’s enough of a maintenance dose for me. But be careful. If you are not severely anemic this supplement will hurt you instead of help you.
